Resin clumps should be able to be placed on mobs. Each clump slows them down slightly, until they are fully encased. Then, voilá, you have resinous statue of a mob which you can mine up to move around and decorate with. Maybe you can break them out too who knows.

That's actually a good idea. Make them a lot easier to kill if you have trouble with fast mobs so like baby zombies will ACTUALLY be easier to kill! And you could probably use the axe to scrape them so that they more or less look like the mob rather than just a clump of resin. Like make a proper statue of a zombie with a zombie
Another thing if you want to get more resin make your very own creaking heart. If you don't have silk touch. That way you can carry that home and then put two wood blocks in between for it to work. And then have a wolf go after the creaking. Sounds like an easy farm

They need to change some of these recipes. 9 raw resin should be combined to make a resin block and four of those blocks into resin bricks and four of those into chiseled bricks. Smelting raw resin should turn it into Amber which can then be used for armour trims
I think they should've probably let us smelt resin from the tree in a furnace and have it become Amber, rather than "resin bricks"... Makes more sense to me. Resin brick block should've been made by first combining 9 resin into a resin block and 4 resin blocks into resin bricks... Yes! You essentially spawnproof the surrounding area so creakings can only spawn in the farm, then push the creakings into a killing chamber with water. Then you can hit the creakings with a sweeping edge sword (or use a dog depending on the design) then have pistons push the logs that the resin generates on so that it breaks, then push the resin items down into a collection system using the same water used to push the creakings in. (The block pushing and water systems are set up on 5 second redstone clocks so as to not interfere with resin generation.) I would recommend watching RaysWorks' video on resin farming if you want to learn more about it.
I hope the public update comes out before Christmas also kill they have a animtion when they die now and it's supporting my theory... That can't survive whit out there heart and the animtron shows them twitch like that like they are just tuning to a pile of sticks my theory is the creaking is made from magic OR the plae garden it's self created them to protect it.... Kind of like how the skulk made the warden

Curious, does this resin only form when the Creaking takes Player damage, or does environmental damage also form it? Also, is there a way to auto harvest the resin (pistons, dispensers?) I’m sure someone will figure it out eventually, I’m just excited for the update! If anyone knows, let me know why I’m wrong!
I used the resin to do my armor in minecraft bedrock on ps5 and it literally blacked out everything but my arms.. they are magenta..😢 I don't get anything.. Im solid black..

So essentially we’re getting a desaturated oak wood set and a useless mob. Sure the resin is kinda neat for builders but there’s no good reason or incentive to go to the pale garden biome. Truly another mediocre update by lazy developers
@@marshalllee6376 not even a good incentive. Birch 2.0 and Orange bricks ain’t game changing. Also creaking spawns at night. Most if not all of the time you are attacked by pillagers, is during the day. If you’re in a situation with the creaking and pillagers at night, you’re getting attacked by both of the mobs. Stop defending literal garbage
@@galaxyemperor1538 pillagers spawn at any time and you can choose what time to do raids? And you can control where the creaking spawns you can put it in a fence to act as a barrier

No structure no good items. The creaking doesn’t even drop anything. This is a poor excuse of an update from lazy developers. I’ve seen modders do way more in less time and it can work on both Java and Bedrock. Stop defending the mojang developers who make actual trash
here late, but came to this video to post my cool Seed that actually has a Pale Garden just a Spyglass glance away from Spawn. set the world to Large Biomes and enter the Seed # 1234567890. if for some reason The Pale Garden isnt in the Mountains east of Spawn, HMU and i will F3 for a more accurate Seed. that being said i created this world twice over using the same code and both times The Pale Garden was east of Spawn in the Mountains.

I wish resin was an ore. I do not like the implementation of it with the creaking at all because it represents a lot of what is wrong with Minecraft.
