As someone who just this weekend moved from Holmenkollen, which is where the hotel you stayed at were, that shot of the sun setting made me quite emotional. Thank you for another episode and thank you for visiting Norway
Just wanted to say that for some stupid reason I have anxiety with eating food. And I found that eating my meals while watching Adam do his food challenges really helps. Thank you for the awesome content!
You constantly amaze me. You are a small guy and yet you eat practically your own weight in food in these challenges. You defy logic. You are indomitable.
Your videos are inspirational. I got diagnosed with crohn's disease yesterday and always have had problems with eating to be fair (share your hate of mushrooms) But as I now need to have balanced meals 3 times a day, I take this kind of stuff as a reason to eat properly. I know that sounds weird, but it really changes things for me, so I just wanted to say thank you.
I have Crohn's. I was misdiagnosed until I was 30yrs old, said I had a nervous stomach as a kid, stressed in college, etc. But in 1994 I was in a terrible flare-up when getting married. Five days after the wedding saw a fantastic GI who knew immediately what I had, hospitalized me due to dehydration and thankfully I was in the hospital when my colon ruptured 10 days after wedding! It took a few years, about 5, to get diet triggers and medication straightened out but I have pretty much been in remission for the last 25yrs. As my GI likes to say, it's a pretty sh* tty disease. Shortly after diagnosis, I found a great Crohn's and Colitis Support Group. Not really into that stuff but I went a half a dozen times and found it helpful hearing others advice and experiences. One thing seems to be across the board was everyone had different triggers; some alcohol, nuts, soda, berries, wheat, etc. Stress doesn't help, but is the stress causing a flare or a flare causes stress? One bizarre medical fact....I had gone to Beth Isreal Hospital in Boston MA to their Crohn's Ward and had a consult with the lead Dr. At that time I had multiple flares every time I stopped smoking because I was going to get pregnant. That Dr said NOT to quit smoking, something in the cigarettes helped Crohn's. I have had 17 surgeries since, have other medical issues and have found maybe 6 other doctors who knew about the smoking being helpful. Not really encouraging you to smoke but for me I only have 1/4 of my intestines left and would prefer to lose a lung than what's left. Sorry for writing a book....just remembered how scared and alone I felt when I was diagnosed. GOOD LUCK!
I got diagnosed with crohns when I was 12 and the first two years are the worst. After that you learn what your body does and doesn’t like and what your limits are. Like others have said, everyone’s triggers are different so try not to get too fixated on it, with time you’ll figure out what yours are.

I agree. I hate it when he does the videos with the camera crew or other people. The "banter" is so annoying, unfunny and the "mates" are always trying way too hard and it makes me want to slap them. I LOVE all the other videos though, so I tolerate it as its not too often.
Thanks for adding the extra bit on because that Norwegian food looked fantastic!! The hotel looks amazing too. Keep up the good work mate. Love your videos they always make me happy
Love the intro and music. Great way to people-watch. The drone. LOL. Love the people coming in. The staff are fantastic. Love your videos. Go for a jog. 😆 That is cheeky with the parking. I would not eat for a week after that. You're amazing. The food looked good to be fair. Wishing you a great week. I will always be watching. Liking and sharing.

Please continue being "self-indulgent in the video length", Beard. Your eating abilities are legendary, but I want to learn about the people and food from all around the world, and you're the cat to provide that. These northern European videos have really been a highlight for me!!

I love your videos, I love your genuine personality, keep crushing it. Nice touch at the end letting us viewers in for a sneak peak after your challenge.
Love your videos, I usually binge watch em every month or so. Glad to see you're still so humble, and unlike most people on this platform, you haven't grown a giant ego.
it's always humorous it's those small european countries that get so much credit for being like that. tons of his videos in america with the same energy and vibe and nobody bats an eye.
You make entertaining videos with fun content and a touch of self deprecation, you never come across as aloof and your sense of humour is always evident and quite infectious. Thank you for sharing.
I love your videos, always such positive vibes, interaction with staff and customers, while making short work of monster amounts of food. No matter how hard my day was, when I watch your videos I come away feeling way happier (and amazed at your achievements). 👍😄
this was an unexpected but pleasantly semi humorous exchange between you all, they were genuinely in awe of you and the way you devoured that, was funny,... The fact that you obliterated their challenge, and imo the fact that seemed like a very basic common folk challenge, you've devoured and conquered mountains before... This one I'm thinking, what? A dozen cheese patties or so? Albeit they seemed slightly thick,... But shoot this is cheeseburgers without buns n some fries n a delicious looking shake! But a hour to eat that seems hilariously feasible to most of us regular ppl, they must've not been fully aware of who you are ! Great video mate 😄
2:28 as a person from norway i gotta say, that was actually very accurate, i have heard a-lot of other folks try and say it and miss completely on the pronunciation 💀 great video, and thanks for testing our country out ❤
Great challenge, and that was such a cool and unique rule for the having to wait 15 mins. Really tied into your whole schtick of having dessert afterwards lol. Congrats on the challenge, and looking forward to the next one. Always look forward to checking out the new videos when they drop. Hope you have a great day, and safe travels on this journey. Best of luck with all the challenges yet to be had, sure you will crush them. Cheers.
Now I want to try Norwegian food, That looked delicious to me. If given the chance I will have to try some Deer Balls, Love Meatballs, so the uniqueness of the texture and flavor I'm sure would be something to experience.
I always love the staff's interaction with BMF. 2 minutes and halfway done. Crazy. BMF always kind and accommodating with every human he encounters. At least on camera 😁
thanks for the last bit man respect for your true adventure showing us the area and local food! i have norwegian blood but i havent made it there yet as i live usa. food from their looks amazing!

I agree. I hate it when he does the videos with the camera crew or other people. The "banter" is so annoying, unfunny and the "mates" are always trying way too hard and it makes me want to slap them. I LOVE all the other videos though, so I tolerate it as its not too often.
@@DonegalOverlandingThat's kinda overboard???
I appreciate that!
@@Beardmeatsfood you're welcome Adam! 😘
Dessert and extra content with local food? Nicely done...
Thank you for your videos every Sunday, Adam!
So nice of you
Mr. Beard you are a bright light in the world. Love the way you relate to people wherever you go, like a good will foodie ambassador lol Rock on.
Foodie Ambassador of The Year needs to be a title, and Adam should absolutely be the inaugural recipient.
Ah thanks bud
The Norwegian people you've encountered in these videos seem like such great fun to be around, you've really got me wanting to visit.
"give him another one" keep them coming " LMAO that was hilarious. That staff is awesome
Not that funny
@@officerjimlaheyI bet you’re a ton of fun to work with
Thanks for adding the extra bit on because that Norwegian food looked fantastic!! The hotel looks amazing too. Keep up the good work mate. Love your videos they always make me happy
Love the intro and music.
Great way to people-watch. The drone. LOL.
Love the people coming in.
The staff are fantastic.
Love your videos.
Go for a jog. 😆
That is cheeky with the parking.
I would not eat for a week after that.
You're amazing.
The food looked good to be fair.
Wishing you a great week. I will always be watching. Liking and sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it
I love the guy that came up and was excited about you. That’s so wholesome!
Dude, you honestly make it fun to watch people eating food . I follow a few eaters and bar far. You're the most entertaining
Ah thanks mate ❤️
6:20 "give him another one!" 🤣🤣
Great video! I absolutely love seeing the people and restaurants of different countries.
Glad you enjoyed!
It's classic during holiday season to meet the local animated geezers out and about when everyone else are chilling at their cabins or traveling. You can just imagine how talkative that guy is if you meet him at a pub.
Amazing precession and planning. Full marks for cleanliness. Made it look so easy. Great job.
Best part of Sunday, seeing where Beard is taking us to this week
You're the only food challenge channel I'm subbed to. I just love your personality, you never fail to make me smile and laugh.
Thank you
Same
Thank you so much!!
I'm American by birth, and Norwegian-Welsh by blood. The joy and laughter are a part of the heart and home, as well as the sing-song articulation of speech. As well as my experiences anyway. Håper det smaker!
12:25
You hit the nail on the head, mate. Just keep doing what you do, and keep being you. That's all the thanks any of us need. 🤙
Bro fist from America 👊
Please continue being "self-indulgent in the video length", Beard. Your eating abilities are legendary, but I want to learn about the people and food from all around the world, and you're the cat to provide that. These northern European videos have really been a highlight for me!!
Ah Thanks mate ❤
Always enjoyed your videos. Last half dozen have taken it up a level. Love seeing the summer in the middle of winter. Keep ‘em coming Beard!!
😂❤
this has to be one of my fav videos of yours!
i loved the staff and the random bystander - everyone was so sweet! you beat a record and got a milkshake!! perfection!
Thanks for the content beard. I don't know why but I watch your videos while I'm fasting and it helps tremendously 😅. You're a part of my weight loss journey and I'm about 15kg down now since August last year. Thank you man keep me coming I still got about 30kg to go
Nice work mate ❤
Thanks man. All the best to you and Mrs beard 😁
That man cheering you up was so wholesome! I hope he's doing good. Also, the staff was very nice. Shout out to them!
Great video as always, Mr. Beard. Greetings from Mexico.
Thanks Beard for the extended video. Makes me want to visit Norway some day. Can’t wait for the next one!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
4:56 This dude is so Norwegian that’s typical 🇳🇴 enthusiasm. 😂
It's not so different from the UK, just keep it on the level. Message is the same.
@@urbanprojectz man I have no idea what part of UK you’re from but I’ll take your word for it. My British friends are dry humored sketchy fucks. 😂
Absolutely love Norwegians, open, friendly, and funny!
Well done beardyboy!
it's always humorous it's those small european countries that get so much credit for being like that. tons of his videos in america with the same energy and vibe and nobody bats an eye.
@@dirtdiv3r That’s because it looks so fake when done with dazzling white teeth and that ridiculous accent.
@@dirtdiv3r Its more that Norwegians have the reputation of being cold towards strangers. which is not true
@@dirtdiv3rgreat shout
The Muslims will conquer their lands if they aren't careful.
You deserve the views. You are such a nice humble guy. Never change it please.
The staff there were so positive, good to see.
The Norwegians are such great people, and great bonus content at the end. Keep the videos coming Beard, a great 15 minute Sunday chill
You make entertaining videos with fun content and a touch of self deprecation, you never come across as aloof and your sense of humour is always evident and quite infectious. Thank you for sharing.
I try ❤️
These were some of the nicest staff I've seen in your videos. What a wholesome video.
I love your videos, always such positive vibes, interaction with staff and customers, while making short work of monster amounts of food.
No matter how hard my day was, when I watch your videos I come away feeling way happier (and amazed at your achievements).
👍😄
Love the longer videos with some more content after the challenge.
Yess! Longer videos please.
Enjoyed the afterparty vibes
Normally eating things make me feel queasy but you do it with such grace and good cheer. Its mind boggling how the beard doesn't get in he way too.
What a beautiful video and the people were so sweet! Great job, Peace and Love!
The best part of my Sunday is watching Beard destroy a food challenge.
thanks mate ❤️
this was an unexpected but pleasantly semi humorous exchange between you all, they were genuinely in awe of you and the way you devoured that, was funny,...
That was a like a snack 😂😂😂. The staff had a mixture of shock and trauma watching beard devour that meal 😂😂😂
I don’t think it’s the eating that draws me to the videos as much as it’s your humor and enthusiasm. Always end up smiling when watching!
Thanks mate ❤
Thank you for posting a longer video, it so nice to see you more. You should definitely do a vlog channel ❤
As long as you're staying healthy, keep pushing records, spreading joy and creating strangely entertaining content.
5:13 I love this guys energy. Definitely the fun uncle of the family
It always cracks me up when he asks for the desert menu, such a power move
The editing is one thing but your greatest asset is your kindness and humility despite your overwhelming skill.
Thanks mate ❤
I love how nice the staff were
I love the casual ending to this one. Favorite food channel on the tube!!!!!
Welcome to Norway Beard! You should try some pinnekjøtt (salted and dried sheep’s rib) if you have the time! At Christmas all Norwegian homes participate in a nation wide unofficial eating challenge to see who can eat the most “pinner” (ribs)
I would love to see this and I'm not ewven Norwegian
There was me thinking you would say ‘cotton white’ or something. Nope, ‘Recently deceased white’ 😂, I feel you beard!
Also known as 'bone chill white'. 😉
These videos always make me so happy 😊 and seeing you travel around Europe and seeing how so many people can speak English makes me bummed I’m not fluent in other languages ☹️
You can start any time!
Been Watching your vids since 2020 and just gotta say that the one you made explaining why you dont gain weight even after eating that much food... it kickstarted my weight loss journey. Now I'm 26 Kg lighter and trying to lose more
Started watching about 6 or 7 months ago. Your my favorite person to watch. Keep up the good work Adam and see you on the next one.
Wow, thanks!
@@Beardmeatsfood your welcome
Also miss seeing them awesome shoes you wear.
your personality just adds onto everything else. you are amazing
I try
You're selling Norway to me very well Adam. You've done really well over all these years, so keep an eye on your health. Too many competition eaters fall at the last hurdle ;)
If you stay true to the beard and just continue being yourself, more and more people will continue to follow you. Adam people can tell when there's bs being put in front of them. The reason you continue to grow is because people can see that you are being yourself and truly trying to entertain. Idk how many years I've followed you I done lost count. Keep it up my guy
