Madam Justice Nagaratna observations on naming judges of past while hearing or arguing or during judgements is very much correct.Justice Iyer was also a jewel judge of india. only judgements of past shall be referred as past SC judgement in so and so year that will be correct. Here institution is important not individual judges. present judges has liberty and right to set aside past judgements but nat naming or commenting on those late judges. This is my own view being senior citizen and having legal knowledge and degrees. not intended against any one. setting aside or modifying of previous judgements are common in regular any court activities. But referring of names may be not appropriate.🙏🙏
