- I recently made a mod that turned everyone 2D in Mario Odyssey Hide and Seek and gave it a play with @Smallant, @Fir, @Mars2030YT, @katiepunch, @Tyron18, and @bbytesizedd! Hope you enjoy!

I love that final round when those 3 are found they just SCATTER like a bunch of cockroaches trying to escape. Also just seeing Smant's vector skills in full display here is very breathtaking.

Honestly... when group hiding like that I feel like the best thing you can do is be the bunny that doesn't move.
The Chasers will go after what moves... especially with this mod where you can almost disappear just by turning.
I would love more Hide and Seek personally, and would love more of this specific mod.
I love how smant was setting up his spot in Sand for so long to just get caught off guard and instantly lose it

Smant in a nutshell
The mini saga at 15:43 of Mars trolling Fir from a location unknown to him, culminating in Crafty just jumping blind and barely missing the edge, was the best thing I've seen in Mario Odyssey Hide and Seek for a while.
Amazing editing. It was so funny watching smallant try to big brain his hiding spot, only to revert back to out vectoring all the seekers at once.

The intro, Tyron immediately figuring out a great spot, Smallant helping Fir and Mars, Smallant’s Sphynx room montage, Smallant’s chase montage, it was all so well edited and hilarious.

19:00 I love how during this sequence of chasing Smant and the other hiders relocating together, everyone is so invested in the game that their heads move according to the direction they're going in most of the time. Also the music is hilarious.
Watching everyone cluster around Fir and try to jump into his tree was amazing xD Hide and Seek is always fun, great to see the videos :) good job editor :D

Here's a mod idea: Hide and Seek, but every player has a partner who they share movements with; two people control one Mario.
Better yet: One person tries running in one direction while another holds the complete opposite direction. Sabotage!

It's great as-is, but if I could offer a suggestion, if there's a way to change "Teammates" to "Hider" and "Seeker," that would be cool. Yes, the brick and magnifying glass logos tell you that, but they're on the opposite side of the UI, so I'm slightly distracted following the gameplay. Even moving "Teammates" to the left below the logos would be totally bitchin'. But like I said, it's so great already, I'm happy!

Idea Suggestion: King of the Hill type tag, where Seekers time keeps increasing but when you "tag" someone their rolls swap and this goes on for set period of time (i.e. 15mins). Might need more seekers than hiders since seekers arent incentivised to work as a team since only one person can swap. love the content :)

Everytime I saw one of the other videos of the other people you play with, I wondered how many subscribers you had and just know I realized you’re way to underrated

This is such a funny video. The mod, the hiding spots and the editing come together so well. It must take so much effort to splice the different perspectives together so well, but it really sells the whole experience.

Smat is such a little gremlin when it comes to SMO hide’n seek.
Hear me out: make a custom kingdom based on the 2d sections, mod them in as loading zones where the 2d sections should be, and make that the 3d part of the game
I will sum up this game in a few word: a bunch of pixel mario jump around to catch each other.
