    Love the Krone baler review thank you. I have a 4*5 foot Fortimer Krone round baler. Us Aussies only have 4 foot wide round bales. Good for transport. We wrap our silage with a McHale wrapper. We cart our silage bales 18 at a time with our Hay hiker from Canada. My 89 year old father drives the hay hiker. Then wrap them off the field near our sheds. Then there is no risk of ripping wrap.

      That's awesome!!! Those hay hikers are great machines too! Thanks for watching, and don't forget to cherish those moments working with your dad!

    As a german now livin in the US i love seeing you enjoying the german engineered farming equipment or you speaking so highly of your JCB and your Horsch avatar, thats so different from what you see on US farms.

      Thanks @chrisd531 for watching. We are very happy with our German and European equipment right now. It fits our operation perfectly 👌

    When it comes down to just appearances, that Duetz Fahr is a badass lookin tractor. Only farming i do is on Farming Simulator, and if I'm not using John Deere it's the DF. Unless i need a lot of HP then it's Fendt

    Krone is 2nd to none in the hay and forage equipment.

  • @chadtosh6831
    @chadtosh6831 23 дня назад

    The front load on the net wrap looks maybe a little overly complicated to me compared to my rear load. Wonder how that system will hold up over time through regular farmer use. Making nice bales. Sure want to make sure the feed is uniformly dry to pack it that tight or a guy could run into spoilage issues.

    • @farminainteasy
      @farminainteasy  20 дней назад

      We sure liked the system on this baler, it was fast to load when you aren't trying to film yourself! Haha, especially like being able to carry 3 rolls of wrap!

    Well David, you might have just found the goliath of round balers. Lets talk safety in transportation with 4' bales, seems like we have been doing something very wrong with wide loads for no reason. No other baler can go that fast and still pick up everything clean like that, or at least not that i have seen.

    You Say this baler is New....... We just bought 3 XT 190 vARI-CORE Balers Our last baling We averaged 45 4x6 bales per hour per baler........

  • @troyp467
    @troyp467 21 день назад

    The 5x6 bales would still weigh more than 1250 lbs no? That baler looks pretty slick though

    • @OGRE.79
      @OGRE.79 20 дней назад +2

      1250 is a light 5x6 bale, we make 1450 to 1600 +

    • @farminainteasy
      @farminainteasy  20 дней назад +2

      Yes 1250lbs is a hair light, but we were 8.5-9.5% moisture. The weather was incredibly hot here this summer and we had a tough time getting moisture INTO our hay. These bales would have been heavier if we could have had higher moisture in the hay. Thanks for watching our video!

    • @farminainteasy
      @farminainteasy  20 дней назад

      Thanks for the comment @ogre.79. Our hay is also typically 1450-1500lb bales when we can bale with some moisture. This year, it was quite challenging due to the hot weather.

      We upgraded to a KuhnVB 560 and made 450 1600 lbs bales in 12 hours. They are a beast, only needed to run one baler instead of 2 this year. Never got out of the cab to unplug once.

    your only going 8.5 Mph ....If the field is smooth enough I go 10 Mph with our JD 560M and the neighbor sometimes goes 12 mph with his new holland 560

      @farminainteasy  20 дней назад +1

      Those are great numbers as well @farmer_gage7120. The purpose of this speed statistic was to show the processing speed capable with this baler in 2.5 to 3 ton to the acre hay. Thanks for watching our video!

    The Krone continuous round baler would eat that thing every day?
    You want to do 50 bales less every day?

      @farminainteasy  20 дней назад

      I've never run the continuous baler, sounds interesting. So far we are impressed with the possibility of hitting 500 -700 bales per day if we had big enough fields. Thanks for watching!

    I'm hearing if you are a small farm and buy krone equipment if you have a problem krone will not help you out. That's enough to tell me not to buy there equipment. I always looked and used at there equipment now after hearing his story I will never buy krone equipment again

      We are a small farm as well, Both our local dealer (Noble Equipment) as well as Krone provide us with excellent service. Aside from the high performance of their equipment, their service is a major reason we like our Krone gear as much as we do.

    • @gerhardma4297

      The stupidest farmers are those who rely on hearsay. You should always ask yourself who is saying this and why. Krone has very good customer service. And why? If you want to conquer a foreign market, you have to satisfy the customers. And you can only do that if you don't let them down. So next time, think a little before you rely on hearsay from people who have probably never seen a Krone machine, let alone used one. Knowledge is power and relying only on stupid chatter from fanboys of JD, Case etc. makes you a gullible person know-nothing
