Wow! C'est une valeur de variance incroyablement élevée. Assurez-vous que votre syntaxe Mplus spécifie 9999 comme valeur manquante "marqueur". Si c'est déjà le cas, essayez de limiter la valeur de variance incriminée à un petit nombre positif, comme 0,05. Vous pouvez le faire en nommant l'étiquette de variance, puis en utilisant le symbole @ suivi de 0,05. Par exemple, VAR1@0,05

-99 is just a very unlikely number to have naturally. However, you can use any number you want, as long as it is not a number you'll get naturally in the survey/dataset.

Hi. I reinstalled the Windows and the MPLUS DEMO, and I got this error messages whatever I try to run in Mplus. "Mplus has unexpectedly stopped running. The output may contain only partial output. Please try again. If you continue to have problems with this input file please email it to Mplus support". Do you now how can I fix this? Thankyou!

I'm rearranging my database to use in MPlus and following these procedures but theres an error message I can't correct because I don't know how to do it and it's the following message: ***ERROR The number of observations is 0. Check your data and format statement. Data file: BASEMPLUS.dat *** ERROR Invalid symbol in data file: "-" at record #: 1, field #: 121 Can you help me with this?
Sounds like it is unable to read the file since it includes an invalid symbol in row 1 column 121. Check to make sure there is not a letter any non-numeric character in that field. If in doubt, delete that cell and then retype it.
@@Gaskination I realized that it could be because I had computed variables on my database. I deleted them and I got to run the input without errors. I'll keep going, probably my next doubt won't be commented on this video. Ahah Thank you very much for your help.

That error sounds like there is a bad character in the data file. Open the data file in notepad and see if there is anything wrong.
Can we do individual to group level effect in mplus?
