im so glad you mentioned ice/snow. I work in a warehouse 10hour shifts and it does snow where i am. We must walk in snow and a little ice in the parking lot. this is very helpful. The steel toe shoes i purchased last year are difficult to find now.
I buy my Keen boots extra wide. Order them in your correct size and extra wide. I have the Targee 3s. Most comfortable boot I have ever work. I just ordered these because I work with steel and smashed my the in Targees. I think I will love these. Keen has extra wide available in all sizes.
What size is the shoe that you weighed? Just for reference, I wear a US mens 13 and my current NewBalance composite boot similar to this Keen weighs in at 31oz!!!! It would seem 24oz would be a big relief. Thanks
I have just got this boots. They are my second part of keens . And I got them because I work a Walmart and I am on my feet pretty much all night and I like still toe boots . And my first pair I got lasted me about two and half years . But with that I was doing asphalt work. And I thought if my first pair made it two half years doing that kind of work then working at Walmart I should get even more life out of them but I really can't say anything about them right now but the weigh u really can't feel it . I can say as of now they are doing better then the tennis shoes that I have been wearing for the past two months .. and I'll put a follow up in a few months .. two let everyone know how they do on a concrete floor . Over a few months .
They are garbage, they felt good to start and then I got blisters on my left foot, adjusted many times over my 12 hr shift. No store return for worn boots and I reached out on website they only back there direct bought stuff. 160$ junk don't buy! Oor buy mine they'll be on ebay!
Same! These boots sucked for me. Warehouse job, walking pulling jacks for 10 hours my feet come back white from sweat, and blisters like crazy. No arch either

My contract manager just ordered me a pair of these. I got wide on a whim and I'm pleased to hear it's worth it
