I think I like the HW PDM28 better than the Smart Wire. It seems more flexible and the software is layed out better. I'll be ordering a PDM28 from you in the very near future.
So I understand, HCR sells , installs, figured out, created, and made a canbus harness that’s plug and play for all of us dummies. Hundreds of hours saved !!!❤❤
Not a lot of good lockup content out there so thanks for this! I have a 10.0 PD blower LS car. I lock up in the top of 1st very aggressively. How do you know when the lock up ramp in is too soft? I worry about going too soft and eating up my lockup discs.
May be a dumb question. But if i wanted to use the Blink Marine pad with dials and connect it to the PDM28 Canbus (1). Would i be able to pull data over Can bus (2) from the dial to a Holley Dominator? So that i could use the Dial as an input to initiate a custom table in Holley. Just not exactly sure how the 16 position dial communicates its postion. I am dumb when it comes to canbus. I understand data can travel both ways. But could the holley interpretate the dial positions.
How much logic can it do? Can I have it check 3 inputs for various voltage ranges and only trigger a ground as long as they are in certain ranges? Need to replace some pcm/bcm functions for a c4 vette, such as ac system over and under pressure states, wot cutoff, etc. can it do this? Also, does it have input extenders to take more inputs? I know you said on another video they are working on output extenders but didn’t here anything about input extenders. Could you use the Holley can connection to pull inputs off a dominator to control outputs?

Yes it can do all that
And yes you could use the dominator to take in voltages and send them over via can to be more input on conditions
