Watched the original this weekend and actually really really liked it. The main couple I prefer as well if I had to choose. This cast is fantastic because its all I knew but I can say I really enjoyed the chemistry of the main couple in season one.

I think... no reason to be offended, because they are just giving compliments to wayo about his physical appearance that much improve from cute to the cutest.
In the novel, Wayo actually agrees with them. That's why he's not offended. As far as I remember he himself didn't like how his skin was in school and stuff and feels more comfortable and confident with his new look

Actually in story when Wayo was in school he had too many pimples on his face and braces and also big ass glasses. But in College Wayo got rid of braces, opted for Contact lens and finally got some solution for his sporadic pimple outbreak and switched to better skin care routine. I think everyone simply appreciating Wayo's skin care routine nothing else.

They covered first series's 12 episode in just 3 episode in here and not to mention they cut so many things ( like p'pha being a jerk to wayo or bunch of girls crushing on p'pha or many kit-beam part )

For those who are/were hating since the cast change, you might already have admitted that the story writing here made more sense and filled in the plot holes of the first series - like for example, how Ming noticed Kit, how Beam almost slipped etc. Sure, 2moons is a legend. Phana there was hot and a dream guy that suits the role very well. But, you can't deny 2moons2 (so far, and I didn't read the books) has more character development and less awkward pauses. Again, each has their own charms. The story is going well so far and I'm already hooked. ;)

I think they made the right choice by telling the beginning of the story again in the first 3 episodes. Even though they have to make short time of it, they still manage to pace it pretty well!! And that just means mingkit happens quicker!! Anyone else excited for them??
I really like the chemistry between these pairs more than the last one. Especially pha and wayo... it seems people seemed pretty upset by the new casting but I felt a lot of the pairings before were very awkward in their positions... This just makes more sense to me.
Elijas I totally agree with you. The chemistry is way better then the first. The only chemistry that I felt in season 1 with the old cast was between the ming and kit character.(in my opinion)
I do agree they all have chemistry, but would they be pull it off to summarize the entire season 1 into 3 episodes only?
@@enricobasbas7221 well the first episode got through quite a bit of season 1 without it feeling too rushed. And I feel anyone who plans on watching this season are already fans who have seen or know the premise of the first season so it won't feel like there are gaps.
Elijas still... the cast have been changed so, there is a feeling that this is somehow different from the first one. The success of rest of the season will lie heavily on the first 3 episodes since it will set up the mood. I really do hope that they can pull this off.
As you said, this episode doesn't feel rushed, I hope they can summarize the season in 3 episodes without making it feel rushed.

benjamin's acting for pha is honestly extremely well crafted. he looked into the details of this character and im so happy to be seeing more complexity in pha than just a pretty face. also YES IM SO HAPPY WAYO IS ACTUALLY TAKING THE KEYS WITH HIS MOUTH THIS TIME!!!😭😭😭
The best part is his eyes and expression, I love the way his eyes shows deep emotions together with his facial expressions its dope. I really love his eyes its so expressive

I really love Earth as “Wayo”. He is so cute! Here is the most impressive part of the new series for me - an already better embodiment of Phana. 😍 The facial expressions of Ben was really evident. He was able to express the suitable facial expression in each scene. Before the series started, some people said that he was not good looking enough to be Phana. In my opinion, when I watched the episode, he gradually grows on you because he has that certain charisma that I observed in the episode; moreover, Ben was already able to establish in my mind the he is Phana. Basically, he was believable enough.

When you've just done watching the 2moons season 1 and proceeded to season 2, many things totally confused me. I loved the old casts, but then again i gave a chance to the casts of season 2, coz i may also love them 😊 i just can't get my heart out to the story. ❤

What I love about Wayo and Ming's friendship, is that Ming is confident and a "Dom" of his relationships, while Wayo is "Submissive" or a bottom in this case with P'Pha -- so Ming can translate Pha's meanings in their mood and actions for Wayo to understand :) And Ming can learn how someone like Wayo will interpret a "dom's" actions to them and learn from that, and how to be a better at communication due to that :) Very wholesome and awesome~

I was very hesitant to watch this reboot but I'm very thankful that I gave it a shot. The new cast I think are better in the acting department. Visually they are also competitive compared to the original cast. I just wish that the P. Pha could be a little taller or maybe Wayo could be a little shorter. The height difference of the original cast is just so adorable.

I think this P'Pha is better than Godt. He may not have the height or look as classically handsome as him, but he acts the scenes way better! I never felt this much complexity with P'Pha's character when I watched the original. I like this version a lot. Can't wait till the next episode.

I think all three of them grown outside Thailand? I don't really know about Ben, but Phoom lived in New Zealand and Joong lived in Turkey before moved to Thailand not so long time ago.

The one thing to be said is that..... The acting of DR PHA in this is really awesome.... Am a fan of ming kit couple... But still in the previous season the only acting I found awkward was DR PHANA.. in season one he was jus a. Handsome face.... But there was no. Chemistry between wayo. And PHA.... I agree God is handsome..... But many of his expressions were. Plain.... But here BENJAMIN as DR PHA. Is really amazing.... He did a great job.. His acting is sooo smooth and fine.... And here I can see that he is taking more. Effort in the relationship...... He is fabulous... And finally my fav ming and kit... Super cute they are.... 😊 😊 😊 I love both seasons apart from these remarks

even though it's subtle, I can feel the mutual attraction from Dr. Pha towards Wayo all the way from episode 1 😍😍😍 I feel like that's what was missing in the original version
i think in the original they replaced that with the intro, with Phana watching Wayo take care of a cat. Whether you figure it out or not is your problem, but even if you don't it's still a cool realisation that oh that was him. he liked him back this whole time.
Wild Doggo Yes, Pha fell in love with Yo years ago. After all they made sure to let us know it's obvious in both series with the cat scene. But the big question was... does Pha still feel the same now? did he change, did Yo change? Even after years passed and he went to college.. does Pha still like this Yo?
Personally I think I was more able to quickly understand Pha's feelings towards Yo this time around
It warms my heart that the iconic scenes from S1 are all here. The actors may have changes but the giddiness and vibes still ooze. I commend these new actors

Just to make it clear for everyone, the first 3 episodes will be a recap of the Book 1. The pacing will be fast, but will gradually turn slow to emphasize the building romance of the MingKit and ForthBeam love teams. Great episode 1 for me. Catch you guys on the next episode. ;)

This is a great version! I like the actors and the story is moving faster. It cleared out a lot of the introduction and maybe we will see more of the story.
