- Kramer, Jerry, and Newman struggle with new low-flow shower heads

Michael Richards' physical comedy is like none other, the man was made for this role
He learned it all from Curly and the 3 stooges, must have watched hours of them.
@@ksharpe10
I see more 'Shemp' in Michael's style.
The ten seconds of him getting thrown out of Elaine’s office … so good.
Jerry's opening bit is spot-on; the shower really is a soothing sanctuary, separate from the misery of life. The only other comparable comfort is sleep in a nice, cozy bed.
I hate showers. I would rather be filthy all my life than do that shower thing again.
The way Newman talks is just great. His delivery is superb.
Good ol Wayne Knight being eloquent
Nevertheless lol
I like how the black market shower head dealer is a spoof on the gun dealer in Taxi Driver. ".44 magnum, that's good if you're hunting elephants"
I never caught that wow cool referance they did hehe
"I hear they are fanatic about their showers"
"not from the footage I have seen" 🤣🤣🤣
I still laugh at these after watching them hundreds, nah thousands of times.
Thousands????
(Like Morty responding to Jack Klompas’ claims about Cadillac rides)
Are you serous?
Have they changed your shower head?
" I will not let You turn My House into a Den of inequity" ...Love Peterman
*iniquity
Haha yeah, he's great!
Den of "inequity"! 😅😅😅 I'm going to use that next time my brother gets more cookies than me.
For nine seasons they came up with all these weird ideas for a show😂 Low-pressure showers 🤣
I love how Kramer's bad hair adds that little extra touch to Peterson thinking he's a drug addict.
Not on my watch! I won't have you turn my office into a den of iniquity! Get your fix somewhere else!
Your only one I know who's got the good stuff.
The den of iniquity!
Yeah, that's the joke....
They should've credited the Commando 450 in the titles.
Those extreme closeups were intense.
Comedy doesn't get much better than this. Especially Kramer in the shower.
I don't get it why they didn't let him get hit by it instead, that way it would look more realistic. But as it is in the video, not one of those water beams are touching him and he's pretending it's hitting him with so much force he can't stand up/turn it off/whatever.
Something about the camerawork is hilarious, the still frame of the showerhead. They do that in a bunch of other scenes.
Milktoast comedy alright
@shaftlamer maybe you would prefer a "Friends" episode?
@@DebNKYseems you don't know, that's milktoast as well.
Man, that door slam in Kramer get's me every time
Missing the part where Newman asks Elaine to leave Jerry's apartment because they need to discuss tenant business, then he ushers her out the door with a couple of dollars and says: "Look, sister, go get yourself a cup of coffee or something. Beat it." 🤣🤣🤣
That part was so good 😂
Kramers acting is so good that you forget that the shower isn’t actually doing that 😂
After all these years, this episode still brings me to tears of laughter😅
John O'Hurly was fantastic as J. Peterman. What an iconic show, man. The 90s are so Underrated.
Such a strange and specific catalogue.
Underrated? Underrated by who, by you?? Who's underrating it, the 90's and beloved and highly rated, no idea why so many people upvoted your incredibly ignorant comment.
I remember in season 5 episode 17 Kramer proudly declared "I take baths" lol
And he cooks in the shower lol
This episode made me never take a bath again strictly showers 😂
These scenes seem to get better the more I watch them.
I saw all of the episodes first run, every Thursday at 8pm, and the reruns make me laugh just as much as I did then. Every Friday at work, we relived the episode. If only we had the internet back then. 😂
this makes u 114 years old, whats the secret to long life?
@@flisko123 they were on about 30 years ago sport. Are all the gen z this bad at math?
@@flisko123 are you implying that seinfeld aired in the early 1900s?
@@pforgottonsoul it actually aired in 1899
“It’s for elephants” 🥴
Jerry couldn't handle that. He's delicate.
That's a parody on taxi driver guy how sells the guns 😂
I'm 60, and I'm starting to have low-flow problems.
I'm 39 and I've been there for a few years.
1:27 Newman with that flat hair and ugly sweater combined… priceless
Just being in their company was so enjoyable
The trick is to look for a shower head that's designed to work with low pressure. If they dont sell them in your area look online from Southeast Asia region. No restrictors, and when you use it with normal water pressure you get yourself a Commando 450😂
And in the "peeing in the gym shower" episode Kramer says he only takes baths. For some reason, this always gets me. 😅
2:05 That had me rolling on the floor 🤣🤣🤣
Michael and O'Hurley had such great onscreen chemistry, it's a shame yet perfect that they were used so sparingly together.
Shower van guy played in "South Central" movie... "15 Box of cigarettes!" 😂
Oh Jerry... way ahead of your time.
If he doesn't sell that shower head, why does he have it sitting there among the others? 🤨
The unnecessary urgency from Kramer always gets me. "Where you going?" "WELL I GOTTA FIND ANOTHER SHOWER!!" That and the "not from the footage i've seen.."
What makes this funnier to me is that I know someone who bought a low-flow shower head but she wanted a high-flow one, so she just opened it up and plucked out a little piece to convert it instead of going to all the trouble of dealing with matted hair and finding black market contacts.
What makes this funnier using a different definition of the word "funny" is that my cousin was telling me about this episode exactly a week ago when showing me his new shower head. How did RUclips know to recommend this video to me? I've never even looked for Seinfeld clips before.
Facebook and Instagram got caught red handed listening to people's conversations and reading their texts. Wouldn't be surprised if other corporations have joined in the (very lucrative) fun.
They’re also tracking locations even after you turn it off.
So I really need to up my conversations about where I can get free money.
@@J.A.Z-TheMortal They weren't "caught red-handed", they've been doing it all along and not hiding it. It's all in the terms and conditions we didn't read.
Yo Yo Maaaaaaa
Helpful hint.
When buying a showerhead, there is a plastic insert you can pull out to increase the pressure.
They warn you with a 'wink, wink, nudge, nudge' sticker.
Shower head salesman is a homage to TAXI DRIVER
2:02 There's no way Julia didn't laugh when Kramer got whacked by Peterson's door slam. They surely reshot her reaction with a convenient cut.
“I once fell into the spell of opium “ 😂
Juuuust a taste he said
Made in former Yugoslavia...... 😂
Only used for elephants lol
Thanks for the Yugo shoutout Newman
I think this was the first episode I saw
I like how they think they have to go the “black market van” --even though all types of shower heads are plentiful and sold at any hardware or plumbing store- even the Commando 450. 😊
I understand it would ruin the premise of the show, but it just takes a few twists and a screwdriver to remove the flow restrictor😆 I’m not handy at all and it took me less than a minute
parents were not strict about much, but shower time was one of them.
now i shower til the hot water run's out at all time's year round
fish look at me like im ready to releaee them like Free Willy
Low flow. I don't like the sound of that.
These guys worried about low flow...
Here i am having lived all my life in a city rich in calcium.
EVERYTHING IS LOW FLOW!!!!!
"Not from the footage i have seen"
@@DrumAndDrumber which comma 😁
"Nevertheless"
Its the yam yam
2024 looking for LOW Flow
Water bill tripled 😭
Lmao Kramer really makes the show funny for me. Random but the shower head dealer is the Aryan Brotherhood leader in South Central “15 box cigarette!”
I remember those hairdos back in the 1980's.
Why didn't they think to wash their heads in the kitchen sink?? 😂😂
I never seen that intro for this ep
I added it in.
I want that commando 450
amazon sells commando 450
I clicked on this thinking it would be about low-flow toilets....
Am I th eonly one who noticed all the producer credits are spelled "produdcer" ?
They tried to do this at my apt, and I threw an absolute tantrum. I begged the manager and pleaded with her, reiterating that I've been a tenant there longer than anyone else, and I have extremely thick, long hair. She didn't install them after all and let me keep my painful, elephant showerhead! I'm like Kramer in the shower!
Not from the footage that ive seen!😅😅😅😅
btw is newman his first or his last name? or a middle name? I guess it´s first name, but boy, what a name.
Last name like Kramer
What´s a "PRODUDCER"? 0:29.
Oops. Didn't notice that
They asolt my countri and pipl I am Serb.😢
Is interesting to me that everyone on this show is funnier than Seinfeld. Even Wayne Knight (Newman).
1:56 1:58
lol
Low flow... I don't like the sound of that...
Seinfeld predicted Lo-Flo Joe Biden
Imagine being such a one dimensional person that everything has to be about politics. You sound like a tedious boor to even pass in traffic, let alone speak to.
Hahaha I was just gunna say this may be the episode that triggered DJT about low flow showers, sinks and wind mills. May also explain his Jerry/Kramer/Newman flat hair
I hate the edits you did to this video. You skip out nice funny little scenes.
Sorry, it's really hard to keep everything in with copyright and everything. As a fan-made channel, it's really hard to keep within RUclips's limits without being blocked. If you want to watch the full thing, you have to watch it officially.
Thank you so much!
Newman: "From what I hear, the Serbs are fanatic about their showers."
Jerry: "Not from the footage I've seen."
So true. Up until a couple of decades ago, Europeans and especially people from the Balkans were anything but fanatical about their daily showers. Weekly was more like it.
That is not the context. This season aired during Bosnian war, and the footage he is talking about is war footage of dirty soldiers.
@@Mile2357 Hey, thanks for telling me. I was born and raised in Sarajevo, so the context was as familiar to me as it is to you. However, the point I was making was that Europeans and people from the Balkans (war or no war) have never been in the habit of taking daily showers as Americans are.
Everyone wants a neighbor like Kramer.
