Hi. Do you think it's worth to recondition the Med injectors? Or it will be better to use petrol-type injectors (e.g., Hana or Keihin)? Have you seen Keihin injectors work OK on Landirenzo Evo or Landirenzo Omegas systems?
I didn't understand why a repair kit can't be made for this type of MED injectors? The ones that fit are Valtek or those that have a coil with a resistance of 1 OHM, they are much cheaper and have a repair kit, while the MED one you can just throw them away
After I clean my injectors , ( they where very dirty and clean them whit thinner) the engine give now more misfires first only cilinder 2 and now als cilinder 2. But these 2 injectors are making also more noise like klakking. Maby they are at they end of live ?
you should never spray the injector with any sorts of lubricants or cleaners let alone thinners as it kills the rubbers etc.. if you have misfire then replace the injectors
I replace them whit new ones on my Mercedes w203 but now again gives misfires . The garage said it’s the cheap older Stag ecu in combination whit the rest . He could not read the ecu . But he found a open loop on the lambs sondes . He want to put a new ECU so that the only way he can read the gas installation he said. It was strange because later I ask about the open loop mistake , and after reset it didn’t occur. I have my doubts now on that person
If you installed new injectors, a calibration must be done. That is, the opening times of the injectors differ now. It must be connected to the ECU, maybe it doesn't have the right software. It is recommended to go to a special LPG service
