As someone who owned a K1600, I'd take the 1250 RT over K1600 all day. The RT is 200 pounds lighter with a much lower center of gravity. It also provides better wind protection at highway speeds. Nice review.

@@Boxer1250RT Thank you, great points. I am actually looking at a K1600GT

@@OnDownTheRoadProductionsK16’s are nice riding bikes but my hindsight’s telling me RT.

I hear the k16s feel unstable at highway speeds but I have a hard time buying it.
I feel like the 1250 (and upcoming 1300) RT is the perfect bike for me but it's hard to get excited about

I want one. Need to sell the r1200r. Yes grabby brakes. Thanks man well done...can't imagine owning a Rocket 3 GT

Thank you 😊 our Rocket is almost 5 years old and runs better than new. About 5ml left on front brake pads why pay for a CVO when you can get a Rocket for 2/3s less.

So, I’ve got a Roc 3GT and I just sold its barn mate a k1600ga. He’s lonely…. I’m considering an R1300RT but they don’t make one. Boo Who!!! Love the channel. RG

A (likely) 1300RT heavily disguised was recently caught on the road. Seems like it's coming if you're patient!

is there anything better than this bike for short riders for touring that has dynamic cruise control?
