That Scene where Minorin and Ryuuji just look at each other as Taiga nonchalantly talking just hits deep. There were no dialogues spoken between the two but you can just feel what Minorin is trying to say to Ryuuji. “Why you lying? Why you didn’t tell her you were the one that save her? She said something? Something embarrassing? Enough to make you want to pretend you were not the one that save her? Did she say her true feelings? Did you hear it? And you are gonna pretend that didn’t happen? “ Just that mere moments were enough to convey this much emotion.
What Ami is trying to say why she stayed at this school is that Taiga would suffer the same pain Ami has, “the pain of liking someone who doesn’t like you back.” As someone who understood that pain, Ami thought she was the only one that could help Taiga when the time comes. This just showed how kind Ami is, how much she treasured her friends. But it seems that was not the case for Taiga, after all, since Ryuuji actually likes Taiga back. So Ami’s purpose of staying for Taiga’s sake is no longer needed.
My favourite thing is how Kitamura and Ami blocked the exits. Just the idea of finally forcing Ryuji and Taiga to talk about their god damn feelings, like "enough is enough" kinda thing.
I really love the scene with Minorin and Taiga where Miniorin is holding onto Taiga’s arm. Specifically where it’s translated that Taiga is saying “it hurts!” how she’s holding onto her arm, but can be also read “Why cant you admit your feelings Taiga?!”, because “It hurts!” God it tears me up.

I love how the ending music helps in keeping the tension going for a bit longer while we process what da hell just happened. I was so meh about this show at first with how stereotypical the characters where in the beginning but seeing the constant twists and slow unraveling of all their layers of emotions and hidden feelings as the show went on.. I slowly came to realize why Toradora is peak romance comedy. I watched Oregairu first and I was pretty defensive about it being the best modern romance anime. But yeah, the plot does get quite convoluted and the conflict resolution became confusing at times. Toradora on the other hand, managed to be snappy and really master the pacing. The build up and the culmination of each arc always left you floored with emotion. Just *chef kiss*. A damn satisfying product.
I've been meaning to watch Toradora for a little bit, because it was an anime that was highly recommended to me by my friends, and this reaction series finally gave me the nudge to watch! I've since finished the show, and damn, it's good; probably one of my favorites. It's all because of this series that I got to experience this masterpiece. These videos are awesome, and I can't wait to see the ones for these last two episodes! Keep up the great stuff!

@@fel524 If she wanted to take accountability she should start by admiting her own feelings to Taiga. That would be fair. Instead she forces Taiga to face her own feelings, something Minorin herself cant or is not willing to do.
@@anhkriva5274 Honestly, I think you are completely right, this scene is what makes me both like and dislike Minori the most, she gives them the push they both needed but is extremely hypocritical towards both Taiga and Ryuuji. She screams to Taiga that no one but her can decide what makes her happy, while simultaneously making that decision for Taiga. And gets angry at Ryuuji and calls him a liar for acting like he’s not aware of Taigas feelings even tho she did the exact same thing to him.

I loved how Minori got angry with Ryuji for lying to Taiga, she was done with everyone trying to decide how Taiga should feel
Minorin has been lying to Taiga the longest so that makes her massive hypocrite.
