Greatl! You can do this all inside ChatGPT 4o btw. Although, Bing does seem to generate better images even though both are using DALLE.

It should appear automatically if it is available in your PowerPoint. Otherwise, go to File -> Options -> General and enable "Automatically show me design ideas".
