I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Mr. Umesh for doing such a wonderful job. I gotta say this because, I'm doing what I'm doing because of his well explained tutorials. Great job. Keep it up.
This is One of my favorite Tutorial !! lots of thanks for teaching us and i just want to say that i am a huge fan of yours . i started learning photography by seeing your tutorials
Let me just say you are amazing! I've trying to do this to my photos, watched many videos but this video save my life. I finally did it. Thank you so much.
Great tip on opening in camera raw- never knew that option was available for cs5. Wish though that there was option to open as usual,in photoshop, or right click a photo and select "open in camera raw" instead of going through the "open as" dialog in photoshop
Awesome tutorial! Not only did you teach us how create blur and create background bokeh but you did an amazing job at covering so much of Adobe Camera Raw.
Fantastic video, thanks a lot for sharing such valuable knowledge. I spent most of my weekend watching your videos. It just transformed the way I deal with my photos. Cheers from Brazil!!
This is the best method in case you didn't get the blur when taking the photo but still best idea to get it with the blur if you can since there are stuff that he forgot to add such as the fact that the subject have some blur around the sides too and not just the whole body being sharp. Not to mention the amount of time it takes to make these edits are very time consuming to do for a full album.
Awesome video and tool teaching. I watched the part where you "separate the peacock" like 5 times and still cant understand the work flow. I struggle with doing this all the time - selecting an object, try to blur the background, and get fuzzy edges. Do you have any other tutorials? THANKS!
Thanks a ton, you are a great teacher & posting the tutorial on RUclips helps photographers & photo manipulators a lot. In this video especially beginner photographer with kit lens. But I was worried will this also help our client to do this thing on their own. But looking at the efforts & time taken, many clients appreciate honest hardworking photographer's & photo retouching person's efforts, after all Persistent, discipline & hardworking is always rewarded with success. Thank you Umesh.
Hi the first like to say thank you for all your hard work until today I was using Lightroom the way you explain the way you teach is amazing no word I really appreciate you and I like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart I want to ask one favour I would like to step up and start using Photoshop if you can help me for me video for a beginner so I can know the buttons how to use it if you can send me a link for me video for beginners that will be amazing I tried to search it on your category but I couldn't find it please many thanks
Also, onone has an option when selecting to use the "perfect brush" which does a really good job. Woild be nice if photoshop had that option as well. Photoshop (the old versions) really needed a lot of improvements for little things. Wish Adobe would do an update for cs 5 users and charge for it. Woild purchase in a heartbeat. A quick way to have selected most of the bird would, have been to "select color range" then refine from there
I've subscribed to the channel! This is awesome! Thank you! Although I haven't seen any tutorial for nails, making them longer or painting them... I saw lips, eyes, skin, teeth... No nails :/ Will we have a video in the future?
I am a little bit confused could you please explain what is the difference between Photoshop Luts Photoshop action Camera raw presets and when do we use them?
Great technique and would love the sample files so I can follow along. Unfortunately, I am a member but cannot access the files in this video. Can someone help?
The most genuinely positive guy in the world. Unmesh thank you for being you!
To do a wonderful job like this, it is not enough to have a deep knowledge of Photoshop as you have, but also has to be a great artist. Applause!

just superb. Always wanted to learn how to blur the background; I only used blur, but not bokeh. Thanks.

Thanks so much for your support. Actually, the peacock was masked once but several curves were applied to it in order to apply dodging and burning.
