I just installed this kit today and didnt need to reverse the motor wires. Did something change?

I have a pair of these and they’re great but the differentials will not lock do you have a to that problem?

They come with diff preinstalled. should have included locked diffs in kit

Yea I figured that out but I ended up breaking it when it fell of a table
