    The fact that you are teaching your boys how to take care of their clothes was wonderful to watch. Too many moms on RUclips let their children make messes and clean up after them. You are authentic. Thank you for being a role model! 🥰

      I noticed the same thing here on RUclips. These kids are older than five and the mothers are doing everything for these kiddos. We have ten boys and they know how to do basic chores.

    WOW! First, your kids are handsome and so adorable! I watched the boys and not once did they make a face or resist doing what you told them to do. Very nice to see! I’m 70, and I’m so tired of well-meaning mothers who do everything for their sons. Then the sons expect their girlfriends and wives to do everything for them just like mom did. YCCH! It was so nice seeing you teaching your sons to take care of their own clothes, and they willingly did! Your videos really inspire me. Seeing a glimpse now and then of the responsibilities and tasks that you juggle amazes me. It really inspires me to pick up the pace in my own life and not be such a slackard! Also, your tips and counseling to talk positively to yourself and to think about why you want to do the task you’re resisting, is excellent advice. Thank you, and please, keep these videos coming!

    You're a good mother. The way you teach them with "rewards" after so they have a good association with helping and cleaning instead of doing it bc of screaming at them like many parents do. It's so heartwarming to see.

    • @Doingitallformymentalhealth
      @Doingitallformymentalhealth  9 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you so much🙏🏽. I always try to remember that children are human beings
      They have feelings just like us adults.
      I am not gonna put the rewards as a condition for them to do something, but I always surprise them with something either on the day or days after to thank them for all their help. Like in this video, they really deserved a nice break, something I knew that they would enjoy after working so hard.
      I surprised them. I love them 🥰

      @@Doingitallformymentalhealth I honestly was about to comment about it before even seeing you got them ice cream 😂. I'm 20 and even though my mom was and is amazing at raising me and my siblings I always dreaded cleaning bc of how awful it was ("nagging" us). I always liked clean and organized spaces so it was more about the environment rather than the cleaning itself. Once I moved with my fiance cleaning became a way to destress and a way to calm myself. I want kids pretty soon and definitely want to raise them like you did in the video. It's very refreshing. Good job

      😅😅😅😅 I couldn't stop laughing. The part of the washing machine eating the socks is so true😅😅😅 I remember when I used to go to the laundromat I would check the washing machine to be sure that I got everything, and I would still be looking for missing socks it was a mystery.
      When I moved to this home I have a washing machine and dryer at home I still have missing socks. And I know that I checked all the shoes I don't have an explanation. 😅😅😅

    Donating or getting rid of about 3/4 of those clothes, and also only keeping about 7 days worth of changes of clothing for each person in the household would help tremendously with cutting down on the volume of clothes that need to be washed. When I see you so burdened down with the massive amount of laundry that you have to do, it just makes me really sad to see that. I did see that you had decluttered a whole lot already though, so that was really good!
