I just had my angriest sports moment yesterday. I’m a HUGE Milwaukee Bucks fan and when we choked that lead yesterday and lost I threw my phone in frustration and it hit the corner of my couch. My phone is now cracked from the back and front . Good job me 👍

I live in the middle of nowhere, and I'm a Pats fan. During the first half of superbowl 51, when brady threw the pick six, I smashed my remote, got up, and just walked into the woods and just walked for a good 30 minutes. It is also one of my happiest moments, if not my happiest moment, as a sports fan.

For me it was the 2017 AFC Divisional Round game between the Steelers and the Jags. I wasn’t angry per se, I was just dejected. I was in a bowling alley and it just took all the wind out of my sails when they kicked that last field goal.

Bengals vs Chiefs AFC championship 2023 and I punched and broke like 30 things and still wasn't satisfied. Had tiers in my eyes because the calls were fucking shit and none of the fuckin chiefs fans would admit it. I have always hated the chiefs. Also yelled fuck at the top of my lungs. And it all felt like Superbowl 56 again. I also yelled at the top of my lungs at the end of the chiefs bills divisional round 2022. I also get mad when the Vikings barely win because my mom is a Vikings fans and they think the Vikings are so good but I got the last laugh in the 2023 wild card round. I guess after all of that you can say I am kind of a person with anger management.

As a San Jose Sharks fan, when they blew a 3-0 series lead to the LA Kings was my angriest sports moment. I literally had no words, just constant inner rage! 😂
To make it even worse, the LA Kings ended up winning the Stanley Cup that same playoffs. Being a Sharks fan is very painful!

Massive bengals fan. I broke my tree smoking device, smashed my phone, and cried in a span of 5 minutes. I threw my hat, 2021 AFC Champs hat. Physically went out and bought a plain beanie. Left my hat in the truck and walked away.

Not a rockets fan but when harden was on the rockets they were like my 2nd squad that I rooted for (because my hornets are ass 😞). Rockets missing 27 threes and Trevor ariza going 0-9 was enough for me to throw my phone as hard as I could at the wall and I sat in silence for a hour. I couldn't imagine that being the hornets I would've probably broke the TV 💀
2021 Stanley cup first round, Avalanche vs Blues. It was my move away party and all my friends and family were there. I had it on a TV in my garage and then the Avs ended up sweeping my blues and I started whacking my hockey stick at my plastic net and it broke my whole net but I was so mad
My nhl team the san Jose sharks blowing a 3-0 lead in the 2014 playoffs, but the one that really makes me sad and angry is the Superbowl when my niners lost to the chiefs, i had no words, it was really a blown opportunity for them. If we didn't choke away the lead, we will have 6 rings, but it is what it is.

My personal angriest moment? Well, I’m a Raiders fan, so basically everything that we did in 2022. We lost games we should’ve won and won games we should’ve lost. We had some good games like the Seahawks and the 49ers and the fact we have to play 7 or 8 playoff teams (and even the Super Bowl winners twice) with a mid qb and an even worse o-line and defense? Shit I’m gonna destroy everything in sight
