Hi! Just wondering if there a recommended story size for this kind of parallax effect? And also, are there any implications when this is accessed via mobile/tablet rather than desktop?

This is an amazing piece. I am new to using Storyline and I am trying different things. Can I please ask advice on how you determined whether you are scrolling left or right? i understand how it works but I can't seem to make it work. Especially how the subtract trigger works.

When you scroll the variable changes based on the step you are on. So I can just do a simple calculation by keeping track of the the current step and the step it was on previously. So if I was on 2 and now I am on 3, I can subtract to get a positive 1. If it goes from 3 to 2, I will get a negative number. So then I can just show the state of him walking backwards if it is a negative. Hope that helps.

Thank you for that. I can't seem to get the code right. Especially the "Set CurrentSliderDifference equal to the value of P... When Slider1 changes" line. Not sure what the "P" refers to as Picture is not an option. I can't seem to get the CurrentSliderDifference variable to show anything other than 0. :)

Got this sorted. There was a similar one that someone pointed out to me. Next challenge is to create the tick for visited markers. :) Thank you again for the help and creating this amazing piece.

Hi xDanELx. I'm having same problem as you do. Did you already got the solution for this? Thank you in advance.

did the gif's work in for you HTML5? I did some work with Gifs, but steered away from using them as the results were a bit unpredictable in the html output, was this a problem for you?

Hi Byron - I remember checking this in Flash and HTML5 in Chrome, Firefox, and IE. It all worked as expected. But I also remember being in a situation with another project where a gif didn't loop as expected in HTML. - Dave
