I think JJ really wanted to push Speed, then when his coaches realised he wasn’t gunna actually gunna go for it, they realised it was no longer worth it. Really felt like they wanted to get Speed into Boxing further down the line

Personally didn't see anything wrong with it as JJ only went "hard" for like 10 seconds each round and the others were just him having fun with it. They also stopped early because it was clear Speed didn't have the gas tank to keep going

I see nothing wrong with this fun spar for an charity. Speed wanted to get in there and you can JJ was holding back, also JJ was pushing him to do something. At the end of the day JJ could of gone full out and ended it quick but he didn't. He let speed do a lot and that will help him improve in the long run.
To be fair, KSI was trying to let him work but speed just kept shelling up and didn't try to. Then KSI would work him more to make him. Especially the body when speed kept shelling up and leaning in.

What the fuck did the dude expect? By the way, the first knockdown was a perfectly placed quick solar plexus punch. It didn't seam like it was that bad because it was covered up by the clinch and other punches that didn't land. After that the kid was done, had nothing to offer, every semi landed punch took all the breath out of him etc in the end it wasn't an act & the closest to acting that could have happened, is that he tried to make it seam like it was because of how humiliated he was. Big fan of KSI here. I've watched the entirety of the sparring, and yes it was kinda awkward to see how it ends. Wade is right when he said JJ should give Speed a bit more confidence to be in the ring maybe for the first half of the spar, but JJ somehow don't want to ruin his boxing image. The stream should have been better prepared or maybe made public for wider attention and the ending is not as hyped up as it was before the spar.
