Hi Dave, I just liked and subscribed. Us Logic Pro guys gotta stick together. I’ve been using logic Pro for 10 years now and for me it’s still the best DAW out there. Even if the “pro studios” are using Pro Tools. 🙂🇨🇦
I use the Kensington track ball and don’t think I’d ever go back to a mouse. Even on my MacBook I use the track pad. I haven’t used a real mouse in many years. Some people don’t like the track ball but I love it. You’re right Dave-once you track you never go back haha.
I use Magic Trackpad set to three finger drag so I never use force and my wirst didn't hurt me once since I use it. I've found it very fast and haven't found it imprecise. I also like the MacOS integration.
I've used a basic Logitech mouse for as long as I can remember, and am so used to it that it might be a challenge to move to anything different. I also operate my mouse with my left hand, even though I'm right handed, after being forced to switch about 20 years ago when I started to get carpal tunnel issues in my right hand. I've gotten so used to it that I can no longer work a mouse effectively with my right hand LoL. Anyway, thanks for another great video and cue breakdown, and cheers from here :-)
Even as a somewhat ambidextrous drummer, I'm not sure if I'd ever get used to using a mouse with my left hand! As always, thanks so much for the support and for watching!
I use a Kensington mini wireless mouse , one of the small ones that's really meant to go in your laptop bag but I have pretty small hands so it's way more comfortable. I have it set to a really high resolution so I can get around the screen without any big movements. Most people find it insanely sensitive but I am fast with it. My mouse mat is an ultra thin 3M thing that sticks to the desk so no bulky mouse mats required. It has no extra functions but I do have a Streamdeck with a load of macros and shortcuts set up to it's 15 buttons. Then I have a nOb Controller which fab. PS - I worked in computer retail for many years so I have tried pretty much every controller as I had to demo them ...f###g hate trackballs..cannot bear them..I've hated them since the first time I played Missile Command as a kid in the arcades.

Trackball Avengers Assemble!

Bless you! I've never been able to master a trackpad. I feel like my fat fingers just can't get the fine detail I want.
Apple’s bluetooth mouse has been working great. When I was using PC, I had to have a USB mouse because of problems with it cutting out.

I've found that this is the way it is with trackballs. People either swear by them (like me!) or hate them with the burning rage of 1000 suns!
Nice! I use Magic Mouse. Lol
I still manage to do anything I want using apple trackpads...
Although I'm not a fan of trackpads in general, I feel Apple's are easily the best out there.
Silly of you to think that the discussion of mice isn’t a deep philosophical topic
