Hardware upgrades used:
WD Green 2.5" SATA SSD 480GB
Nanya 2GB DDR3 SODIMM (used)

Hi! upon working on this laptop, i saw that you can also upgrade the processor as it is removable.. But in my opinion, if you will use it mainly for animation with demanding graphics, I think it may not handle it well due to your limited with old integrated graphics hardware..
Can i change the processor to i3 in this?
WC GREEN support for old window XP and 7, 8, 10, other only. But this is Kingston SSD cannot support for old window?
Hi! any SSD will work as long as it is SATA 2.5 inch..

hmmmm it should work as long as it is SATA.. have you tried plugging it in other PC to check if your SSD is not defective?
hi! I have the same problem, my Lenovo G450 does not directly detect the kingston ssd. I verified that the ssd works on another pc and there it works.
@@saperasjuan THATS TRUE. Because Lenovo g450 is cannot support for any bios so sadly. When I put SSD other laptop working with SSD. This isn't work from LENOVO G450 problem Operation

hello po, we have the same laptop, I wonder if you know how to activate windows by any chance? I replaced my old HDD din kasi but I needed to update the OS since windows 7 is obsolete na talaga.
try mo po kung mag activate ung key ng windows 7 mo sa windows 10.. dati kasi gumagana un free upgrade
pero recommended ko sa laptop na to is retain na lng sa windows 7 kasi mejo mabigat na si 10 sa processor na meron tong laptop na to (Pentium Dual Core)
@@regieaustria1742 thanks po for replying. hindi ko na kasi na-save 'yung activation key, pero sa ibang laptop naman na na-upgrade ko dati automatic na nag-activate naman siya when I connected it to my Microsoft account. anyways, my problem with windows 7 kasi ay hindi ako makapag-install ng office apps kaya I resorted with upgrading it na lang.

hello pwede po pa help? sa shopee kasi ako tumitingin ng ram pwede po ba ung ram ng ramsta ddr3 8gb dito sa lenovo 450? saka bakit po pag nilalagyan ko ng extrang ram sa sa slot 2 po nya black screen po pag inon then pag isa lang nilagay nag oon sya normal
Hi! try mo po na ung bagong memory muna lagay mo.. pag hindi nag on, lipat mo po sa kabilang slot.. pag nag on po siya saka mo po ilagay ung lumang memory sa kabilang slot

check nyo po mam baka may mga dumi ung slot, or worst po baka may problem na ung 2nd slot..
That machine supports 8 GB RAM
Yes it can, but the owner of this laptop only uses 32 bit windows installed in this unit..
What the type of ram use 4gb x 2 G450 sir ?
