I found a female bear and a masculin wolf. I felt their hair, they were so warm. They merged in me and then I felt so dizzi and overwhelmed I had to open my eyes. With my open eyes I still felt not here, I felt so heavy and dizzi, and I felt both of them by each side of me and inside of me. Then I came back. Still dizzi. Somehow I understand that they are in me, that they are me, or part of me, or I myself am they... I don't know of it actually makes sense... I feel my head so heavy.

Not all imaginal forms or energies that appear in our journey are necessary our guides, and we should always engage with them, and cross examine them, before assuming that. Also, merging with them should only be allowed if we are sure of their positive energy and intend. Some of the steps highlighted in this journey can help with that, especially us checking in with our heart to see if it resonates with their energy. In general, our guides should not have an energy that is overwhelming and we should feel completely comfortable and inspired by their presence in our journey. All of these are good experiences, and they through time help us navigate our shamanic journeys with more ease, and make them more life-promoting and nourishing. Finding our first few guides usually needs more practice and care, after a while, we become more experienced at it. Blessings and Best Wishes to you and your journeys.🙏
