- This post is focused on Heart Chakra, and the difference between the Emotional and Spiritual Heart. Heart is the most symbolic organ in our body and has physiological, emotional, and spiritual function. In fact, we have a physiological heart, an emotional heart, and a spiritual heart. Our physiological heart brings vitality and life energy to all other organs in our body. Our emotional heart helps us feel and process the emotions our rational mind is incapable of feeling or processing. Our spiritual heart is different from the other two, as it is the point of access to our Soul and the spiritual inner world we are a part of.
The goal of this presentation is to raise awareness about our heart and its emotional and spiritual dimensions. More specifically, we cover the following topics:

This is the first of your videos, I have watched and I found it to be very inspiring and intriguing. My heart chakra, is really the one energy center I often, have to personally work on and the difference I feel, on a emotional level between when it is open or, has become closed is very significant. If and when situations arise that, for some reason trigger it's protective closure (and meditation alone is not working to fully open it), I find Reiki very beneficial in activating that area💚 Thank you for your insightful wisdom and, I am super excited to explore all the other videos in your series (as I am, very much on the path of spiritual growth and development)🕊💜🕊

Basic on my expirence open heart needs to be grounded otherwise protected. However there is more about heart emotions like to be start open heart on first step needs to start love from self love......

I really find meditation music on the frequency of 528hz and 432hz very beneficial for connecting us with compassion (and unconditional love) and general heart healing and activation
