    Paying attention to how she was negotiating this drop. She expected the wheels to keep contact with the slope, leading her to hit front wheel first. Her butt was behind her seat which is good but her departure was wrong. Once you get rolling push forward with your feet and pull the handle bars to match the contact surface at the bottom of the drop. Shes brave for sure.

    • @h3yn0w

      @@neilfpv so it's interesting but when you hold the like the back for example. It locks up the wheel obviously so when you start rolling down your back wheel starts to bounce. @@neilfpv mmm well sort of. So basically you shouldn't apply to much pressure to your breaks. You don't need alot of power to get control again. And it's EXTREMELY important to learn to pump your breaks before you do stuff like this. So what she did is she pumped the breaks but she gave to much pressure. So yeah basically minimal power but pump it alot. That way your wheels won't buck. 😁

    • @TheDustyShredder
      @TheDustyShredder 11 месяцев назад +9

      That's not the only issue: her weight was too far over the rear wheel, meaning she had very little control over the front. If you look closely towards the end of the feature, you can see 2 things happen: 1) the rear wheel pops up halfway down, and 2) the front wheel slips out from under her. Locking the rear wheel doesn't matter as much, just keep on the rear brake because it will keep pressure on the front and maintain steering control. At the top, keep your weight centered, lower yourself before the roll so you can push into it and automatically get into a position to absorb the bottom of it, then at the bottom of it, let your arms and legs compress and because you kept your weight centered and the back brake on, you will roll out of it rather than slide out in the middle of a compression.

    Se debe levantar la rueda delantera antes de llegar al plano inferior, ya que la transición entre la vertical y la horizontal es muy brusca, por éso se cae la chica ésta tan valiente. Pero además comete un fallo que le impide levantar la rueda, cuando empieza la bajada frena demasiado con el freno delantero, lo que hace que baje con la rueda trasera despegada de la vertical, perdiendo una parte de la frenada y del control de la bici.

    Start with small hills first. She seemed way too scared to attempt that. Fear can be the biggest obstacle in that situation. You can tell if she just went smooth it would've been safer, constantly braking is what did her in. She didn't hug the road enough to ride it down, and she didn't really jump it, just did something in between and fell on her front tire. Hopefully, she's not hurt too bad and was able to get it eventually.

    Hablando ahora mas del error, si es que es persona lee mi msj, básicamente no bajo, se tiro de punta al suelo, los que dicen que no solto el freno delantero, esa no fue la causa, si se fijan bien, la rueda delantera se estrello contra el suelo, ahi distintas formas de bajar, pero le falto poner peso en la cola para que no se elevara y bajara, no volara, como se puede apreciar, falto contacto con el suelo, debio acercarse agachada (compimida) y al llegar al borde estirarse para que la bicicleta hiciera contacto con la superficie y luego al estar estirado agacharse
    (Fijense en sus brazos casi totalmente estirados, si hubiera ido con los brazos flexionados, la rueda delantera al salir estirar con fuerza los brazos, para que la bicicleta hiciera contacto con la superficie, es igual que cuando te tiras con un skate)
