The yellow plus on some of the order cards is a reminder that the unit has an ability that takes place at the start of the turn, like Rex’s Get a move on, Soldier.
This is huge and the fact they're two full armies and not just a small part of one is an awesome plus for those who want to get into full games right away.
As a Legion player, I was cautious to another Star Wars minis game, but everything I see on shatterpoint gets me excited. The tug of war and tension with the struggle tracker is by itself so darn cool. Hoping to find time to pick this up and give is a go. :)

On the lightsaber, it's hard to tell in the video (goes out of focus) but the big way to tell between Obi-Wan's and Lukes is that Obi-Wan's has horizontal and vertical grooves (it is a WWII British grenade) and Luke's just has the horizontal grooves (it is actually an Obi-Wan stunt saber).
This is really cool, just got into miniatures for the first time by getting Armada from watch your videos. This might be my first miniatures game I get into with the painting aspect. May the force be with you in painting and putting this together
Hmm, Rex and the B1s both have the Trooper key word. Setting up that scenario from Rebels when the Battledroids teamed up with Rex and the Ghost Crew to fight the Empire?
Pre-ordered a set with the base and the four expansion and terrain packs from my FLGS months ago, and I can’t wait! My Legion and Lord of the Rings Strategy Battle Game pile of shame will go on the back burner to work on Shatterpoint!

I'm really excited to see some paint schemes for these models. The larger size makes it seem like it's easier to do more fine details, and the way they're modeled in sort of a clone wars cartoony style makes high contrast and colorful schemes make sense.

Tons of information and valuable looks at all the pieces, rule book, character card breakdowns, etc. As someone who is on the fence between getting into Legion or holding out for Shatterpoint, this definitely has given me something to think about. Looking forward to the follow-up video that showcases the assembling/painting/etc for the minis.
New subscriber here, I am not a hobbyist, but a fan of star wars. I am very interested in this game I have never played a game like this before. Researching painting kits now and the tools needed. It’s a bit overwhelming so I hope to learn from future videos you make on assembly and painting. Seems like a great entry game after watching your unboxing video

Ironically, I'm one who prefers often less named characters and more large groups of different troops (I love Legion, and prefer Armada over X-Wing), but am so intrigued by this game

I had many a fun game of hutt ball in SWTOR. I always thought it would be silly to have Jedi brawling over a glowing soccer ball, but it turned out to be a fun game mode. Thanks for showing us what it looks like on the inside. I've been wondering what all comes in the box. Those terrain sprues went on for days.

Awesome Video! Planning on splitting this with a friend, he's never played miniature war games, I hoping this will be his gateway game, since he is a huge Star Wars fan.
I'm really excited to get this. Even if I don't get a chance to play it a lot it's a self contained experience and will display well. I'll probably have to buy a bunch of new paints though.
Love all the terrain that comes with this starter and that you get two full teams to play. It does look as though it will be hard to work Anikin with other teams that will have any synergy with his 7 SP. Also the B1's will really only pair with Colani because of points.
That’s an amazing amount of plastic for the money. Terrain and two full “armies”, that is awesome. As exciting as that is, $130+ for a game, regardless how awesome is a bit rich for me. Love what you do. Keep it up. I will play vicariously through you 😅.
I’ve been fairly critical of this game so far, especially the art style, and while I’m still not on board, I’d m if the game can provide a fun and immersive experience that can be had in under 90 minutes, could be an interesting one. Will keep an eye out for gameplays
