It's interesting to see how Trinis do things . We use hand graters which is a lengthy piece of hard metal attached or nailed on a flat piece of wood for sitting on while we part our legs with the basin on the floor to receive the grated coconuts. We also use thin metal stainless steel hand graters. Greetings brothers and sisters from Guyana.
