For some information: cooking with coconut oil, ghee, and avocado oil to even stew meat is not bad maybe using other things like onions or lime or lemon juice to brown meats are healthier options. Wild meats are usually lean meats
Other oils like vegetable, crisco, canola, soya oils are cheaper but not healthy oils
Lower carbs like flour products and rice. Ground provisions, green fig and breadfruit are healthier carbs to eat with healthy fats
