Sincerely didn’t get sense Standard Bank was as progressive as example as MTN also in odd 18 African countries when it comes to leadership talent management ( development, deployment, succession etc)and especially integration of talent intelligence. Reference to “ behavioral economics “ vague and no real examples re leadership, people, talent analytics etc .
