Full hazard perception test videos explanations with tips and tricks to make it make more sense and help you pass hazard perception first time!
I woke up today to write my theory test and didnt have a good grasp of hazard perception. I watched your videos and i got a 56 based on just the techniques i learnt here. Thanks
I failed my theory first time because of hazard perception - I'm hoping this video will help me avoid that again
Kudos to you guys, passed my theory at first try. 🤗
Always click more than once for a developing hazard on the test. The system is that rigid that if you're literally a second too early clicking then that's zero points. Whereas, if you give it a couple of clicks within a second or so of each other, you're more than likely to catch the window the system is looking for. Just don't go click happy though
Watched your playslist through the week and I previously failed hazard perception on the test 3 times passed today 49/50 and 60 out of 75 thanks great videos 🎉
I did really bad on this 😂😂 glad I don't need to retake it!
What about the white car coming out on the right??? 3:27 just like the cyclist the car should stop but still to be safe like with the cyclist ??
Omg thank you so much for this channel l have only watched one video and went to do 1 mock test passed just like that .Never stop posting ❤❤❤❤
Tysm !!
Just came back from doing my test and l passed all thanks to your videos.
very nice
Watched this one and the rest of the videos on the bus to the theory test. Thankfully it was a 50 mins bus ride, so managed to view the playlist twice. Got through the hazard perception in flying colours. Thanks for the amazing, useful and delightful to watch content.😃
Good job 👍
Thanks
After watching this video the day before my test I passed before I was getting 1 for vidoe
In real test after these tips and other vidoe in the playlist which he has added I got 60 out of 75
Problem with me when practicing is clicking a second too early and getting no points
same
This is the idea behind the 'three click' method. If you click again a second after your first click, if the first one is just a bit too early, you'll still get good points with the second click. If the first click was good, the second click will be ignored, it gives you the max points you scored per hazard.
@@Blazik3n99 I passed with 57 out of 75 so think this method worked
@@Blazik3n99can you tell me how I can I pass my hazard I have a tomorrow exam
@@kamalbalasi2548 I was worried the most by the hazard perception, but once I got started with it I was feeling more confident. If you know what to expect and do the three click method mentioned in the video you'll most likely pass. A lot of the time you can guess what the hazard will be just by paying attention to road signs and the type of road in the clip, it can make the hazard quite easy to see coming.
I'd recommend doing a bit of practice, even if it's just the free practice clips they link to on the government website. Personally I used the 'Theory Test 4 in 1 kit' app to practice, it has a lot of hazard perception clips to practice with and it can help you understand what the timing is like. I got 62/75.
I have missed 5 points as I clicked just slightly too early from the same hazard
How will you know if it’s a double-clip??
Hi...How many click are ? 4 or 5 ? And for double hazard 6 or 8 ? thanks
2:27
I missed out by 1 point on my HPT this week. What i don't understand on the instructions here, is that on the actual test there is only one developing hazard in each clip apart from one clip that has two; so doing individual clicks on things that might be developing is affectively wasting clicks when you should be clicking 5 times from before to during the DH. Am i understanding this incorrectly?
No, just click 2-3 times for every potential hazard you see. As long as you don't do 10+ clicks you shouldn't get disqualified
@@8tj I passed 2nd test.
@@zenabraithwaite1934 ah nice, well done! Sorry about that then
Thank you, I watched your video and got 59 points today.
this one tricky
Hello, I failed my Hazard exam twice😢 At the first i haven’t less one mark and the second 2 marks. Could you please guid me because when i do mock test my mark is more than 70 🫣
I feel you!! Me too i passed first section failed 2nd one
Mock tests are scams
Hi....how many clicks are allowed for every clip??5 or 3?
5 ish but good to do 3 clicks to be safe
If I click 5 times throughout one clip it'll be disqualified? That information really contrasts with other tutorials I've seen and now I'm confused..
Yep! If you click too many times in one click you'll get the red X on the screen and score zero. For the single hazard clips it's about 5 times and on the double hazard clip it's about 10 times
@DrivingSchoolTV is it 5 clicks in a row or a total of 5 clicks throughout the clip? Most tutorials talk about max 4 clicks in a row and 10 in total. Your video got me confused as well now
Do you click ON the actual hazard driving the test or just click the screen ANYWHERE when you see a hazard?????
You don't actually see a mouse pointer on the screen on the test. you just need to click the button, not select a specific hazard.
@@DrivingSchoolTV thank you! My test is tomorrow morning 😅
@@Li-rw1ih did you pass?
The background music does not help, I found my heart beating to the beat, boom boom boom
How about vehicle entering at 3:13, will that be a developing hazard?
both the cyclist and the car are almost crossing giveway line
You say a hazard is something that makes you slow down, swerve or stop then say dont click when it has developed as its too late so why isnt it called potential hazard test if you have to click so early its so flawed
Hey 👋

Is only me it's not clear enough the video to say it hazard or not
I got 67/75 on my hazard perception (and 50/50 on the multiple choice), and I passed my driving test first time... No I don't like to show off 😂
ur a driving pro 😂
@@lucyroffey05 thanks 😊
I passed my test 6.5 years ago. That hazard perception took me ages to pass. I think I clicked too early for many of them...
@@rockinrachel1670 yeah that’s what i’m worried about is when to click. i’m practicing the 3 click method atm tho
@@rockinrachel1670 same but in my practice ones, I was always clicking just before the hazard. I always took that as I could see a developing hazard before I was supposed to 😆
This video was useful and I’ve learnt from it but it’s too pixelated to really be able to identify distance object. Maybe my settings in not sure. ✌️
Im just furiously trying to figure out the time signature of the background music, it's elusive
Sounds like 3/4 to me! Maybe the syncopation is making it confusing
@@DrivingSchoolTV haha makes sense. Legendary to actually respond with the answer despite the question not being at all driving related
@@bentownsend4017 😂😜 A* in gcse music finally paying off haha
I don't know how to thank you..😊
Failed my theory test twice now. First time got 41 out of 50 on multiple choice and 54 out of 75 on hazard perception. Second time, got 44 out of 50 on multiple choice and only 38 out of 75 on hazard perception. Hoping that third time’s the charm.
I’ll tell you how to fail just turn up and do everything right AI already taken over been a Chemical Tanker Driver for last 30 Years carrying Sulphuric Acid Caustic Soda Chlorine Gas all incident free I’ve just decided I want to gain motorcycle license but failed on this computer game called Hazard Perception so surely this means I’m not safe to carry on driving anymore wot a joke
