They way Caleb walks out at the very end of Clever.. man.. the way I can relate to all of this, raw emotions.
Thats so fucked up of Caleb to make me cry like that during Clever, like the audacity that man has to sing so beautifully.
Dude! I've never felt like I could be on the same page with other people. Just the way I view the world and how my life has unfolded. I heard beartooth for the first time this summer and I can't believe how spot on I can relate to these songs. My fears and anxietys are gone and I feel like I can conquer anything because of the power behind the music these dudes make. Thank you dudes. Hopefully I'll see you in Boise Idaho in OCTOBER. I need a miracle to make it. So everybody be throwing that energy my way.

If I had to pick one song to sum up the entirety of my life, it would be this version if Clever. To see so many fellow commenters and Caleb himself react at the end of the song... you've all made me feel like I'm not terribly alone in life. Love you all. Much love to Caleb and the boys.

I definitely applaud how talented and creative Caleb is. He can do anything he sets out to do. Having said that, I've just never been a big fan of country music. I've tried to like it, it's just the way my brain is wired. Can't help it. The original versions just hit me harder and I feel a lot more emotion from them. Doesn't mean I can't appreciate the talent and effort that went into making this, though.

Clever was preformed so raw and so powerful, the way Caleb showed his true emotions towards the end with his range of vocals was truely amazing.
Caleb, I am a huge Beartooth fan and love absolutely everything you’ve ever made, but Clever gets me every single time. A physical reaction I can’t control of chills/shivers, goosebumps, and tears from how much I relate to that song. I know you don’t play it live very often if at all, but I’ll be at Aftershock Festival next month and if Clever is played live, my life would be made so much brighter ❤️ keep on bringing us all this music that saves our lives each and every day we listen 🤘🏼🔥

This just really shows how talented of a song writer caleb is. When you can strip all the screams guitar effects and add some more acoustic instruments and still have it sound so catchy really says alot.
when caleb walked out at the end of clever. I felt that deeply. I've listened to that song so many times and to see it turned into this form of music and have it executed perfectly makes me just want to burst into tears.

I started listening to beartooth when disgusting came out and beartooth hands down is my favorite band ever the lyrics have helped me through every episode ive had and i met caleb and the guys on diseases release tour i hugged caleb and said the music keeps me alive and has helped me more than he knows and he hugged me tighter and said you guys are the reason we do this. I've always loved the song Clever and I've been listening to this version more and more. Caleb really has a way of helping me express my emotions through music. Not just Caleb but the rest of the guys as well, their music just soothes me. I can get through anything when I listen to Beartooth! Their new album is awesome as well.

This might be some of the most beautiful art I have ever seen. What Caleb Shomo does never ceases to amaze me. THIS is why Beartooth is my favorite band. Caleb is so damn talented. I could listen to him sing anything at all and I'd love it. His voice is so powerful and full of emotion. The whole band is obscenely talented. One of the best rock bands of this generation for sure!

Clever is such an amazing song. Like Caleb said it is how a lot of people feel. When I first heard the song I broke down crying. It was like the song was written for me almost (which I am sure many people feel that way.) thank you Caleb and all of Beartooth for what you do🖤🧡

The most amazing thing about Caleb is he is able to put his whole heart on his sleeve musically that it pains him inside to be that vulenable. And it's beautiful because it show how human he actually is. And he is so talented that it's so pure and natural for him to do that. I have so much respect for him

I look forward to finally see you live next year in Germany. I was at Rock im Park but couldnt see you because i had to go back into the psychosomatic clinik i was in at that time, because of some insurance rules :/
And to anyone who reads all this, try to get some help if your struggeling. Yes Beartooth helps but professional treatment is important and its easier the earlier you start. There is nothing to be ashamed of.

I find it cool that I love metal, but have always been attracted to old style hyms or folk music. I mean, maybe Johnny Cash has had a big influence, considering metal comes from the roots of blues and a combination of those hyms. Where the voice is the frontman and instrument that stands out front. That's why I can't stand modern country, because it all went to snap tracks and pop. There's no voice, or mountain hyms left, except in underground singers. I'm glad to see one of my favorite bands trying something and doing what they love. See you guys in November 🤘🏻

Agreed. Love songs happy or sad get stale. But it's what's played over and over again on radio stations. Glad these guys have a variety of different songs for people who feel ostracized. You can't relate to love if you think everyone dislikes you.
