So I would be ecstatic at 10k/mo solo. I really don't want to work all that hard or that many hours. Been there, done that. Honestly, I would be quiet happy with 5-6k/mo. solo. I don't want a big business, a bunch of employees, etc ...
Any tips for a guy with "low" aspirations like me?
I have all the gear, startup, etc already.

    1. Take literally good enough photos and other media.
    2. Be personable, it really matters.
    3. Don't spread yourself too thin over unnecessarily expanding your services; keep things simple covering all your bases, at least at the start, and scale that.
    4. Don't think only you can do everything you can do so you don't get stuck. Remain open to the idea of training others when the time is right (15k-20k revenue per month).
    5. Just because you're currently doing things a certain way doesn't mean there isn't a more efficient/effective way to do things.
    6. A photo business is still a business; the more you learn about business in general the better photo business operator you will be.
    7. Set big goals. Doing so will allow your mindset to shift and the potential you have to flourish.
    8. Consider their coaching program!

im Exactly there. i do evverything myself. im totaly over worked. doing 20 hours a day. im so afraid to let others in to help and its holding me back. Im always busy. I never try to get new clients. Lucky new people somehow just knock on my door. but i can go out and get better clients. so im now stuck in this place where i have to work day and night and weekends day and night or if i dont then 100 percent of my operation fall. If a client cancel a booking then im getting excited.... thats not how you should run your business. i need to level up. thank you for all your videos
