Thank you so much for the tutorial. It took me a while but if it will help anyone else, she is saying put the loop into the FOURTH (for the double crochet). I was a bit confused as a new crocheter that she was saying put it into the first. Hope it helps anyone else who may be new or unclear on the instructions.

i'm a crochet noob so it was kinda hard for me to get the petal shapes and follow the pattern, I was a little worried how it would turn out. But after I rolled up the flower then stitched it all in place, it made an awesome black rose! Thanks 🥰🥰🥰🥰
