These are beautiful. I would just be worried about my natural hair frizzing up and not blending with the extensions. Like when your leave out turns into a fro but your weave is still silky 😳

Me too! But being their tape extensions, she would have to continue getting blow outs, the good thing is the weight of the extensions will make the hair heavy and much harder to frizz back up. The tape extensions grow with your hair... it’s pretty neat!

I think it would probably make more sense to get extensions that match the original curl patter I've seen her do videos of clients getting curly exntsions blow straight that way when the natural hair gets curl so does the extension

I mean it can. Personally I’ve worn tape ins for years and only wear hair that blends with my texture already. So that way the weave does whatever my own hair does. And the silk press comes out a lot nicer too that way
She's going to be a regular customer now. And stay out of the rain!
Styles like this are better for fall/winter if you wanna get your moneys worth lols

It last 8 to 12 weeks if can be washed and styled. With don’t recommend roller setting the tape ins

I was thinking the same thing too but I recall when I had my hair done by a professional stylist, my silk press lasted for a MONTH! I was shocked bc my hair is 4b/4c and whenever I do my own hair, my press doesn't even last a day 😫 I say all this to say, a well done professional silk press can last as long as you take care of your hair and not wash.

Inlove with the results but one question... if you guys don’t relax the hair, when the flat iron and blower results in the natural hair wears off, the natural hair isn’t going to get freezi Afro like and tangle with the extensions? Why not relaxing natural hair first?

It was straightened , not relaxed, and she sweat, her hair is out of there...

Although it looks great its not practical. That is not her natural hair texture by any means so that means damage in her future. She will have to constantly flat iron her hair to match the texture of the extensions which will incur her serious hair damage down the road. Why do that to your beautiful hair instead nurture and grow that length. If you really want to maybe do clip on extension on braided hair that's protected. Or buy a wig! You can't keep up with this especially during the summer months?! Forget it. Not possible. This beautiful look can be achieved with a wig or extensions while her hair is being protected. Probably cost a fortune too to ruin your own hair.
Could I install tape ins if I’m not a licensed cosmetologist? It looks pretty easy but is there risk of damage to the hair ?
