im a westerner and tried durian with a dive right in attitude...dude i loved I guess it depends on an Individuals tastebuds but i found it to be delicious and the aroma not too overwhelming. you want to try something delicious with a bitter aftertaste try Caribbean mauby drink

I feel like the most important and most neglected aspect of keto is the fasting. Yes cutting out carbs will help you reach your fitness goals faster, but I think just having a solid 16-hour fast will work wonders for most people.

Those mochi looking desserts, we call them "Buchi". They are almost mochi but are not cooked the way mochis are, they are simply coated in sesame and fried until they float.
