I would never in a thousand years expect to see Shin-chan used for a cozy game; that's fantastic! Might actually have to pick this up!
Ooooh Shin Chan was on Dutch TV back in the early 00s!! Some kids weren’t allowed to watch because the humor was very adult-themed 🤣 The butt shake was Shin’s signature move! I LOVED that show!
The cel animation in this game is sooo pretty! I don't know anything about the story other than what you've shown, but I wonder if Coal Town is in another dimension, like a past world or something? Definitely looks like a good game to check out if you're looking for something new to play

I tend to prefer games that let you play your own character, but I make exceptions for characters I have a connection to, especially a childhood connection. Hamtaro and Shin are definitely two of them! (Speaking of which, I really wish Hamtaro was more relevant in the West so they'd make more games. 😭)
