I do like it! Took it on a trail maintenance hike and it worked a treat. I just ordered a scabbard for it because I got oil on my backpack from the bar and chain. Also should have taken your advice and not used the little ketchup bottle because even though I put it in a zip lock bag, I failed to seal the bag and got oil all over my pack😂. I am going to drill an oil application hole in the guard to allow for less splatter when applying oil. Maybe it will be less messy but I doubt it. Cheers!
@ark6959 Glad you like it! Definitely not bad for the money. Yeah, that little catch up bottle thing is definitely not what I would call trail rated, LOL.
Thanks for watching Rokhound. I have never done any moisture resistance testing on these saws. All that I would know to do would be to put it in its carry case if it begins to storm. I hope that this helps.
@@themostlymikeshow sounds like this would be a good time to test out that saw pull the trigger and fire up a hose on mist and see how long it continues to run

What about its resistance to moisture, I always seem to get caught in a slight rainstorm every time I'm out doing trail maintenance

@@themostlymikeshow BOOOOOO!!!!
🤣🤣
@@themostlymikeshow How are we going to know whether or not it's "trail rated" 😉
Could be handy can I put it in my back pocket 🤔
Thanks for watching Bill! Um, it's not quite that small, unless you have a big back pocket! 😂
