In the early game its all about having strong physical players for immunity challenges. Why is the tribe called brains that has a bunch of weak physical players, also sucking at puzzles and then voting out their best physical players well before the merge?
J'Tia's problem was she wasn't being methodical, especially once Sarah gained the lead and she panicked. She wasn't studying the pieces, matching one side with it's spinner slot and then turning all the other spinners to match it. At 6:45 you can see she hardly even touches the two pieces together and immediately puts it aside without turning the piece in her hand to see if the other sides matched the spinner. Once she had that first piece, all she had to do was find a puzzle piece with the matching shape on the unmoving spinner, then turn all the other spinners to match it. Once you found the first piece, it became significantly easier if you just studied the pieces, as Sarah and LJ found
To start, randomly try pieces in 1 of the middle 4 slots so you lock in 8 corners of other pieces, then finish pieces to the side and vertically, so you always have 2 corners already done. Try to align with a middle dial 1st before testing other corners. The 1st piece would take a VERY long time, but later pieces get MUCH faster.
Anyone else notice that both tribes sat out the black guys for the swimming challenge and that Jeff immediately noted that J'Tia was the slowest swimmer? Lol I'm no racist but I had to laugh at that
