I hate to admit this, but Stamper was kinda the main reason I got this game... I enjoy it though, it's a great game!

After listening to Sleepy Cast, I needed more of Stamper so I got Battleblock

How to make a good game in one step.

Kiwipai If I made a game I would try my best to get stamper, if he said he would do it for a quarter of the games budget I would pay it. People would get the game no matter how garbage it was.

LOL his natural speaking voice sounds nothing like it does in BattelBlock Theater. That is talent. BattleBlock is awesome, but it would have never been nearly as awesome without Stamper's voice. Way to go Behemoth!
OldsXCool He doesn't really consider himself a voice actor, mostly because he can only really a few voices when other actors can do a bunch. But I think it's him being humble, I too love his voice work.
DuckieMcduck Steve Blum can essentially do only one voice and he's been pretty successful.

DuckieMcduck There are plenty of awesome voice actors that can't do a lot of voices. Elias Toufexis, Keith David for example. It's more about the delivery and emotion you express, not the number of voices you possess.

Almost everyone else here has known who Stamper is long before BattleBlock theatre was a thing. So we are already used to what Stamper looks like, the handsome bastard.
I haven't known about him before Battleblock, but I feel that his appearance uniquely complements the voice he uses for BBT's narration.
I abdolutely love that narration.

I was in the beta testing for BattleBlock Theater Steam version when I encountered a bug that caused Stamper's narration to be completely muted after resetting a level.
I couldn't play for another minute before restarting game completely, this game *needs* Stamper at all times.
I just fucking love your voice Stamper. This game is amazing but your narration makes it so much better.

I met a customer whose significant other thought they were crazy, and had "imagined" a "game about people with triangle heads and hats and capture the flag with bears you could ride on."

@@blueaccelerator2674dude just kinda went downhill. There are a lot of rumors about him doing drugs and being an alcoholic but idk how much of that is true. I was on his discord server for a bit and the guy just seemed really unhinged and unhappy, and the server was full of generic over the top edgy basement dwellers.

Will Stamper's narration, the writing, and the music really make this game fun for me. Obvious looping is obvious in the screaming in the cutscene at the end of this video, but I don't mind.
