I like this team, they are perfect, congratulations... I do calisthanics for 3 week. I did karate, wrestling, armwrestling, kickboxing, weightlifting, bodybuilding, kettlebell for 20 years and can say that calisthenics is excellent...
My god , when i see these guys doing those variations of pull ups , i look at myself and im finding it hard to believe that by doing simple push ups and pull ups i could probably one day reach or get close to theyre level of fitness BUT im gonna DO IT ! Great video guys keep up the good work .

I would do 10 pull-ups, 10 dips, and 10 leg raises at morning, noon, and night everyday along with push-ups and basic dumbell exercises at night. I did explosive pull-ups when regular pull ups got easy. I remember waiting for my buddy to get online to play some league of legends. I was going to do my mid-day workout in the interim. I randomly tried a muscle up first thing and I did it.
Taking a week off doing stuff like this thanks to a shoulder injury, and then you guys put this video up and make me all jealous that I can't be out there right now!
Although I have long way to go before I achieve these Pull Ups, these 5 Pull Ups look most sick: 1. High (Waist) Pull Ups; 2. Archer Pull Ups; 3. Headbanger Pull Ups; 4. Ice Cream Makers; 5. One Arm Pull Ups.

1. Step ups 2. Box jumps 3. Bodyweight squats 4. Archer Squats 5. Pistol Squats 6. Nordic hamstring curls 7. Single leg glute ham raise 8. Calf Raises 9. Single leg calf raises 10. Sitting calf raises 11. Reverse calf raises 12. Explosive bodyweight squats (Jumping squats) 13. Shrimp Squats 14. Bodyweight static and walking lunges 15. Long Jumps These are some of the exercises which I can think of right now and there are much more. I have been doing Calisthenics exclusively for the past 1 year and my legs are adequate in size and they are strong
Awesome! Having the strength to do things like this is my goal for the next few years. How do you recommend starting, what exercise? My back, legs, abs, and shoulders are strong, but my arms are pretty weak.
