Thanks Chuck! I've started playing and should have a video up soon. First impression is that you've created a fantastic game here - love the new mechanics you've added!
Thanks for the video. For future expansions could you concentrate more on the new aircraft, new targets and campaigns and less on the game mechanism which you've already described in detail. Thanks.
Thanks. I was thinking something along those lines for the Stalingrad campaign. More like a narrative, AAR type of thing that shows different parts of the game and less on the how-to stuff. I'm not really sure how much more I'll do. It starts getting into a diminishing returns situation and the videos themselves take a decent amount of time to produce.
It is called Stuka Leader to continue the string of Leader Games. Personally, only “flying” one type of aircraft on one type of mission can seem very repetitive. The great news is that there is plenty of room for good games!
To kind of echo what Chuck said, that broad scope is typical of the Leader series which usually includes a lot more than just the titular unit. For example, Sherman Leader has all kinds of various armored (& non-armored) units, Spruance Leader has a slew of ships ranging from frigates & destroyers to cruisers, battleships & (via expansion) submarines and aircraft carriers, too. I've enjoyed all the Leader games I've played (not sure if you've played any of them) and Chuck has added a lot of new mechanics to the system with this game. I backed Stuka Ace too. I definitely believe there's room in my life for both games! That may not be true for everyone (in terms of money, time & interest) but the two games have different scopes. Leader has a much wider scope while Ace focuses on an individual pilot career (which does sound incredibly cool). I'm really looking forward to playing that one too - now we wait (impatiently) for it to go through the production process....
VON OKL: Excellent video!!! We are very excited for play through videos!!

@26:38, you might not have noticed but all the 'Ace ' counters are marked 'L' on both sides.
Thanks!
Waiting for mine in the UK - looking forward to your playthroughs!
Thanks! Hope it arrives soon!
Great video. Not sure what backer number I am but I feel like a kid looking at my front porch multiple times a days to see if it has arrived.
Thanks - yeah, as Tom Petty famously said: "The waiting is the hardest part!"
We are trying to get it out there as fast as we humanly can! Please bear with us.
Awesome video! I am eagerly anticipating my game. Think I was backer 600, though lol?
Thanks! Hope you get your game soon.

Not sure why they called this Stuka Leader. Looks more like Luftwaffe Leader. I passed on this one in favour of Ju87 Stuka Ace.
