Hey Brett, I’ve been binging your videos. Great stuff. Do you have any videos discussing your thoughts on accelerators and incubators? I happen to see a lot (google research) but the amounts seem standard, $100k -$150k for roughly 7-10% of the company.
The LinkedIn slide gets one thing wrong according to other videos. Conservative projections? I would just call that projections. But I could be wrong. There are always exceptions to rules.
Wondering how I can keep the majority of the equity if the partner is putting the investments and their name behind the business. I've picthed him the idea. Airports require min 3 years or running a business before starting a Concession. Can't seem to find the right answer to this

No I don't have any videos on accelerators. However, I do think really highly of Y Combinator. The rest, maybe not so much.

No, you're spot on. Saying projections are conservative is a no-no.
