They are assholes using people to promote stupid life threatening behavior that costs thousands and risks lives to have rescue personnel come out, and give a reward. They should be shut down for this promotion, but too many stupid people think it's "Fun". 🙄🤦

in a situation like that i would of took the gopro off and grab a flashlight strap them to a rope securely and lower it deeper into the crevasse that would of been interesting to see
But fr he could have landed on a rocky ledge and there could really be further to slip. It's a shame he didn't turn the go pro around and looked straight up the whole time. Probably he really was at the bottom

At :47-1:11 theirs so many frames that could have been paused and played back. They could have easily placed him down into the crevasse and started recording again, plus how does the guy not have any broken bones falling down that far into a ICY crevasse. Corporations lie all the time, there employees sign contracts which forbid them from talking about what happens behind the scene, its not far fetched to think they have a group of no more than 5 people making 500k+ a year editing these videos for better market appeal. GoPro is a multi billion dollar company, companies like these will do absolutely anything to be ahead of the curb because of how easy it would be for a company like Canon, Kodak, or Sony to come in and compete in there type of market.
I think he was on the Matterhorn because he was rescued by Air Zermatt. There is a series on Netflix called “The Horn” and it’s about Air Zermatt rescuing people from crevasses. ***WARNING THE FIRST EPISODE IS VERY GRAPHIC***
