    Beautiful vessel. Did you use just the natural cement for this blend or add something for the white accents??

      Natural Cement All blend. It is a concrete mix :)

    Love the new video. I'm curious how the marble would look if you swirled in on the top of the mould, instead of in an in the cup swirl.
    So, pour 2 lines of each (color and natural) side by side. Then with a stick, zigzag and/or circle between the 2 colors, before tapping to fall down the sides.
    Curious how the marble effect would look that way! It still looks great the way you made it though! 🥰

      I have tried marbling it in the mold and it is more layered vs marbled. But you should give it a try! :)

      @@WizeOwlCandles Good to know! I am still interested in trying it out when I get the chance. Sorry to hear it didn't work out for you though.

      No worries! I tried it once so I didn't really get to test it out a lot. Found this way easier :)

    Hello, I use plaster of paris similar to a cement finish. Can the sealer Polycrylic works on it? Because the plaster is white base so when I used the spray of polycrylic it turned a bit yellowish, should I try it with a brush? Not spraying?

    • @WizeOwlCandles
      @WizeOwlCandles  3 года назад +1

      I haven't tried it with a spray before. Maybe try the brush or a different finish, they have matte and clear gloss :) hope that helps!

    Hi! Do you use any kind of oil or spray so the concrete releases from the mold?

    • @WizeOwlCandles
      @WizeOwlCandles  3 года назад

      I personally do not. I have tested this out and the concrete came out with small holes in it

      Haha you do use the rapid set. Y do u wait 3 hrs?

    • @WizeOwlCandles
      @WizeOwlCandles  3 года назад +1

      I use cement all rapid set. For me personally I like to wait three hours so that I don't ruin the container. you may be able to take it out sooner however I wait three hours. It's a personal preference :)
