Now this gives me something to think. (of course its not cannon, im not related to x!Tale any way shape or form)
In the underverse, there is countless of timelines, multiple universes and all.
But when does it end? What happens when AUs reach the FUTURE? When every citizen of an AU realizes the true nature of the multiverse thanks to tecnology?
Would they make a weapon to protect their underverse if they found themselves being threatened by a threat?
I'm guessing so, universes like X!Tale are already aware and very capable of fighting back, the 'original' timeline in underverse is an example of one that could slightly fight back
Others like that underfell timeline shows what would happen to most timelines, remember when X!Alphys put the Timeline under quarantine after the X Event? Then Fell!Asgore tried to attack her but she Used X!Metatton to fight back and slaughter everyone present there. (remember she only used him)
Core Frisk witnessed it and Dream said something along the lines 'several people felt pain', ONLY ONE person of X!Tale was needed to slaughter most if not all of Snowdin and some of the Major Characters of Underfell.
So I guess that yeah, Universes can create weapons, X!Tale is a very good example
