@WarhawkBeyond2040 - Nice to see Benoit David get some props! The three records he did with Mystery are so good! I love his performance on the original release of Yes’ Fly From Here, too. I don’t think Yes was fair to him, but they weren’t fair to Jon Anderson, either, so what can you expect? I wonder what Benoit is up to now.

Thank you, Pete, for your pick. All the damn time. My Day 10 Pick: Brad Delp/Boston 1. Boston- Self Titled 2. Don’t Look Back 3. Third Stage Song: More Than a Feeling 🎤🎸🎵🎹🥁 Life is better with music
Awesome choices. Mistrial Wind is definitely one of my favorite Heart songs. My vocal performance tune for Ann Wilson would be a tie between Magic Man and Crazy On You. One choice? Better get my coin out lol
10. Ozzy Osbourne Black Sabbath - Master Of Reality (1971) Black Sabbath - Paranoid (1970) Black Sabbath - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath (1973) You'd think when Ronnie James Dio joined Black Sabbath, that his impressive range and power would transform the old Ozzy era songs for the better. But take a listen to the live recordings, and for the most part that didn't happen, because Ozzy was perfect for the job. He might not have been flashy, but he was able to convey the emotional impact of Geezer's lyrics brilliantly. Fear, panic, disgust, self-loathing, insanity, existential terror, Ozzy had them all in his toolbox.
Excellent choice, Pete! 10. Ann Wilson (Heart) Albums: Dreamboat Annie Little Queen Bébé le Strange Songs: Crazy On You Magic Man Heartless Even It Up Barracuda Alone 11. David Coverdale Whitesnake ... Saints & Sinners Whitesnake ... Ready An' Willing Whitesnake ... Come An' Get It Favorite Track: Trouble From Bernie Marsden's 2014 Shine album My favorite Coverdale track pick is him singing a new version of the iconic 'Snake song "Trouble" ten years ago. Coverdale proves he can still sing much of the classic pre-1987 material before his successful vocal change to Robert Plant style screaming. Coverdale's vocal change did work out, I guess, since he did do an album with Jimmy Page. Another real contender for favorite Coverdale track is "Rock An' Roll Angels" from the Saints & Sinners album. My picks so far... 11) The Cramps' ... Lux Interior 12) Robert Plant 13) AC/DC's .. 10) Ian Gillan Favorite Albums: #1 Deep Purple - In Rock #2 Deep Purple - Machine Head #3 Jesus Christ Superstar Favorite Performance: Tie "Child In Time" (In Rock) "Gethsemane" (Jesus Christ Superstar) Ian Gillan began his music career by starting and fronting several local bands in Middlesex, England, eventually joining Episode Six, his first truly professional band. After seeing Episode Six in a pub in June of 1969, Ritchie Blackmore, Jon Lord and Ian Paice invited Gillan to join Deep Purple (also recruiting Episode Six bassist and songwriter Roger Glover), replacing original lead singer Rod Evans. Gillan found widespread fame and commercial success with Deep Purple before leaving the group in 1973. After taking a short break from the music business he resumed his career with solo groups The Ian Gillan Band and Gillan, before embarking on a year-long stint as the vocalist for Black Sabbath in 1983. The following year Deep Purple reformed and two more successful albums followed before Gillan left in 1989. He returned to the band in 1993 and has remained its lead singer ever since. In addition to performing with Deep Purple and other bands in the '70s and '80s, Gillan sang the role of Jesus in the original recording of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice's Jesus Christ Superstar in 1970. Gillan's impassioned performance of "Child In Time" from Deep Purple In Rock showcased his amazing vocal range as did his equally powerful rendition of "Gethsemane" from Jesus Christ Superstar. These performances, as well as numerous others over the years have made Ian Gillan one of my all time favorite Rock singers. And he's still going strong at the age of 79, as witnessed by his bravura performance on Deep Purple's recently released new album =1. 10) Ian Gillan 11) Frank Sinatra 12) Aretha Franklin 13) John Lennon 14) Paul McCartney 15) Jim Morrison 16) Dusty Springfield 17) Bruce Springsteen 18) Chris Cornell 19) Johnny Rivers 20) Ray Davies 21) Dion 22) Levon Helm 23) John Fogerty 24) Gram Parsons 25) Etta James 26) Janis Joplin 27) Grace Slick 28) Mitch Ryder 29) John Lydon 30) Lou Reed 31) Bryan Ferry

10. Elvis Presley For me the King had to be here. He was the first rock star that I remember in the years before The Beatles. I had a small record player and a few 45’s back when I was 8 years old. The only 45 record that survives for me to this day is “It’s Now or Never backed by “A Mess of Blues” titled Elvis with the Jordonaires (1960)…(the last song was covered along with That’s All Right Mama within Whole Lotta Love by Led Zeppelin on BBC Sessions) I always liked Elvis’s voice. He sang better than anyone else to me. Elvis went to 706 Union Avenue and Sun Studios to make a record for his mother in 1953. In 1954 he joined up with Scotty Moore on electric lead guitar and Bill Black on double bass while playing his acoustic guitar and making music history. “That’s All Right(Mama)” (Arthur Crudup) was sped up and sung by Elvis in a way that, now looking back, basically invented what we now know as Rock and Roll. Sam Phillips, who had been recording BB King, Howlin’ Wolf & Ike Turner, was looking for a guy to get R&B more widely played on the radio. So basically Rockabilly and Rhythm and Blues came together to form Rock and Roll…and Elvis started it all !! My three records would be: The Sun Sessions which was released in 1976 and covers the period between July of 1954 and July of 1955. “Blue Moon of Kentucky”, “Good Rockin’ Tonight”(covered by Montrose on their debut album), “Milk Cow Blues Boogie”(covered by Aerosmith on “Draw the Line”), “I’m Left, You’re Right, She’s Gone”, “Mystery Train” & “I Forgot to Remember to Forget”. are just a few tunes of this monumental period of excellence from Elvis Presley. Elvis Presley( 1956) now with RCA records ( Phillips sold his Sun Records contract for $40,000, if you can believe it !!) with the iconic cover copied by The Clash on London Calling)…”Heartbreak Hotel”, “Blue Suede Shoes”, “Tutti Fruity”, “Blue Moon” & “Money Honey” Elvis (1956) with songs “Rip It Up”, “Long Tall Sally”, “Ready Teddy”, “Hound Dog”(these 4 are still great rock songs by any standards !!) The album also includes “Don’t Be Cruel” and “Paralyzed”(which is notable as the only song I could find giving Elvis a writing credit). My song would be “How Great Thou Art” from the album of the same name in 1957. This was for all the rock haters back in the day. It proved what a great voice Elvis had. I listened to it today and it brought tears to my eyes. Elvis to me was more at home with gospel music than anything else. Starting in 1956, Elvis began his movie career ultimately at the detriment of his musical career. The early ones like “King Creole”(1958) with the awesome Carolyn Jones & “Jailhouse Rock”(1957) with Judy Tyler (tragically killed in 1957) are pretty great. But after that the quality starts going down for me. It would have been so cool if Elvis had performed live on those films. But lip syncing on film made them useless. Elvis had the “Comeback Special” air on tv at the end of 1968. Elvis in the leather jacket reminiscing about the old days with Scotty Moore was great. Then the album “From Elvis in Memphis” came out in 1969 with hits “In the Ghetto” and “Suspicious Minds”. The seventies saw more hits like a cover of “Promised Land”(Chuck Berry). But Elvis had long ceased to be a factor in modern music. When Elvis cut his duck tail and joined the Army in 1958, he really lost the powerful influence that he had on so many. That’s why for me I rotate back to the great Elvis when he was truly great. These records I listed are chock full of everything that we love today about rock music. Explore them and find out what all the fuss was about.

You absolutely know it's the Scorpions. While my favorite 3 albums all feature guitarist Ulrich Roth, I love all the Scorpions records and some of my favorite stuff is also from the "latter" line-up. Tremendous singer and a tremendous band.
I knew this pick was coming. Freddie Mercury is still to come on my list. Day 22 (#10): Ronnie James Dio Top albums: 3. Holy Diver - Dio 2. Rising - Rainbow 1. Heaven and Hell - Black Sabbath Greatest vocal performance: Heaven and Hell
10. Singer: Jeff Lynne. 😃👍. Electric Light Orchestra (ELO) and solo in my collection. Two (2) ELO albums and one solo album: ELO A New World Record (1976 ), ELO Out of the Blue (1977) and Jeff Lynne Armchair Theatre (1990). There was a time in 1990-1991 where I played this solo album non-stop. (I adore “Lift Me Up”). ELO song: “Sweet Talkin’ Woman” from Out of the Blue. 🔥. Wonderful vocal performance by Jeff Lynne! I recall when my older brother placed the needle down on this killer double album for the first time. “Turn To Stone” was the opener that blew us away! Then there was “Sweet Talkin’ Woman.” I was a rocker tween and my brother was a brand new teen who were both captivated by this album. What a time it was! Rock Always! - Heather
My Pick today is Davy Pattison who sang with Gamma and Robin Trower! My fave SOngs are Voyager, Modern Girl, If Forever, Isnt it time ..are just a few!
My pick for today is, David Coverdale Whitesnake - Slide it In (1984) Whitesnake - Whitesnake (1987) Whitesnake - Slip of the Tongue (1989) Song: Still of the Night
My pick for the day is Jorn Lande of Jorn. Wow, what an amazing vocalist and so prolific. Such a powerful voice and a lot of great material available. No particular order, and while I love all these vocalists, the starred (**) names are my most favorite. A number of my favorites may lack a powerful voice, but they all have a unique sounding quality. I've posted a couple vocal track favorites of mine as well: 10. Jorn Lande** - Jorn (My Own Way ; Bridges Will Burn) 11. David King - Fastway (If You Could See ; We Become One) 12. Roy Khan** - Kamelot / Conception (Forever ; Wander) 13. My favorite vocal performance from Freddie is "The Show Must Go On"! The fact that he was already suffering from AIDS during this time and still managed to sing like that is pretty epic!
10. Ian Gillan. Favorite albums: Made in Japan, Who Do We Think We Are, and Perfect Strangers. Favorite song: "Smoke on the Water," especially the version on Made in Japan. 31. Paul McCartney 30. 10: Kevin Cronin. Bit of a surprise for me but there’s something about his voice that has always stuck with me Nine lives You can tune a piano but you can’t tuna fish Roll with the changes with a HM to easy money
Hi Pete & everyone. Dave here. Wonderful pick of yours - Freddie's coming up for me very soon. My pick today is RONNIE JAMES DIO. First came across him on Deep Purple's phenomenal Burn tour, with Ronnie's excellent band Elf supporting. Albums: Elf - Carolina County Ball. Rainbow - Rising Rainbow - Long Live Rock 'N Roll Songs: Stargazer (Rainbow); Love Is All (from Roger Glover's Butterfly Ball album).
Terrific pick Dave! Ronnie is a little higher on my list, top three. "Stargazer" and "Love Is all" are also the songs I chose. Always loved that song from "Butterfly Ball", a cartoon with a frog singing that tune is part of my childhood. It was even a hit single in France, covered by a famous local singer, Sacha Distel. Can't believe you saw Ronnie with Elf, awesome!!!
@@gaiaeternal5131 Yes, "Toutes les mêmes" was his version, you can find it on YT. Obviously, Ronnie's voice is something else. Even saw the video with the singing frog, almost made me cry, so many childhood memories...
my pick today is mama cass album [if you can believe your eyes and ears] songs 1 look thru my window 2 got a feeling 3 monday monday 4 i saw her again last night 5 creeque alley 6 twelve thirty[ young girls are coming to the canyon] cheers
Missed this morning obviously...doc appt - annual dermatology appt. Jumped in the Listening room, thought you might be there. Sal, George, Ken, RDD were hanging out. See crew in the AM
Great pick! March of the Black Queen is one of my favorite Queen songs of all time. Some other vocal stand outs of Freddie's include The Millionaire Waltz, Brighton Rock, It's Late, and his epic swan song The Show Must Go On!
An amazing singer, more of which later! My choice today... Janis Joplin. Top albums - The big brother and the Holding Company albums Cheap thrills and the self titled debut and the solo pearl. Favourite song - Piece of My Heart.
Good morning (afternoon, evening or night), Pete. Great SoT selection withs some outstanding album choices and favorite song, too. Personal pick for today? (Again, not in any particular order and also a couple of days behind here but will catch up later.) An American singer/songwriter/actress who burst onto the scene as part of a duo and had one of the greatest comebacks as a solo performer - born Anna Mae Bullock but best known as Tina Turner. A powerhouse of stage and vocal energy who deserved all the accolades that came with and followed her 'comeback' album Private Dancer released in 1984. The albums? For today Workin' Together from the then married Ike & Turner Review (1970), the soundtrack to the movie of the Who's Tommy (1975) Private Dancer (1984) and finally the soundtrack to the movie Tommy. The song, though, that early own showed Tina's "soft" and then "rough" vocals has to be the Ike and Tina cover of Proud Mary. Tina died slightly more than a year ago. A talent like that is always missed. RIP Tina. And thanks as always, Pete, for this month's daily - even on catch-up - episodes.
Missed yesterday. 11. Jerry García (Grateful Dead) Albums : Terrapin Station, From the Mars Hotel, Reckoning Song : Terrapin Station 10. Gordon Lightfoot Albums : Summer Side of Life, Gord's Gold, Dream Street Rose Song : Don Quixote
#10 Jimi Jamison Cobra "First Strike" (1983) Survivor "Vital Signs" (1984) Survivor "Too Hot to Sleep" (1988) "The Search Is Over" from Survivor and "Blood on your money" from Cobra
My No. 10 is Michael Kiske (Helloween) Top tracks: Halloween, A Tale That Wasn't Right. 31 Frank Dimino 30 Paul DiAnno 29 Paul Stanley 28 Charlie Huhn 27 Neil Thomas 26 Dave Gilbert 25 John Fannon 24 Biff Byford 23 Marc Storace 22 David Wayne 21 Jeff Scott Soto 20 Freddy Mercury 19 Tony Harnell 18 Sebastien Bach 17 Steve Walsh 16 Lizzy Borden 15 Glenn Hughes 14 Dave Meneketti 13 Ann Wilson 12 Bert Heerink 11 Brad Delp 10 Michael Kiske
Justin Hayward Jeff Wayne's Musical Version of The War of the Worlds A Question of Balance Every Good Boy Deserves Favour "Forever Autumn" I saw him perform this in the live show and it was just as good if not better than the album version.
Freddie Mercury is an absolute must pick, I wasn't going to pick him because it probably goes without saying that he is the greatest Vocalist of all time, but for that reason, I had too. Best performances.......where do you start?? Pete, how you managed to whittle it down to three albums is very difficult. Great choices, though!. I can't pick out a song or choose any albums because I simply can't decide (they are all incredible, with the exception of Hot Space maybe?) I'll just pick Queens live aid performance. That was a masterclass in singing, Musicianship, entertainment, and total command of an audience, absolutely perfect. That performance was also a major musical moment from my childhood
That's why I've merely been watching and liking these videos all month, rather than commenting and participating. I couldn't think of my #2-31. I only know that Freddie Mercury is my #1!
I was going for Steve Perry but seeing he's already been mentioned, yeah you're right; Freddie Mercury! Queen: II ("The March of the Black Queen") Queen: The Miracle ("Was It All Worth It") Queen: A KInd of Magic ("Who Wants to Live Forever")
# 10 Mariusz Duda Riverside is my favorite contemporary band, period. The driving force of the band is Mariusz Duda who is not only a fantastic bass player but whose voice is an important trademark of their sound. As Pete himself has often pointed out it is a voice that touches the listener deeply and which fits perfectly to the often melancholic and dystopian tone of his lyrics. So Mariusz Duda has to be in “the pantheon of vocalists”, at least for me. Best albums: Anno Domini High Definition, Shrine of New Generation Slaves (Riverside), Through Shaded Woods (Lunatic Soul, Mariusz' fantastic side-project) Best song: Escalator Shrine # 11 Buck Dharma # 12 Peter Hammill # 13 Mick Jagger # 14 Ian Gillan # 15 Annie Haslam # 16 John Fogerty # 17 Phil Mogg # 18 John Wetton # 19 Chris Thompson # 20 Michael Sadler # 21 Gary Brooker # 22 Bruce Dickinson # 23 Paul McCartney # 24 Ozzy Osbourne # 25 Donald Fagen # 26 Karen Carpenter # 27 Robert Plant # 28 Warren Zevon # 29 Sting # 30 Roger Hodgson # 31 Barry Hay
Today/Pick 10 of all-time favorite vocalists: (I'm cheating) A tie....JACK RUSSELL of GreatWhite & JIMI JAMISON of Survivor. 2 guys we've lost;in the grand scheme of things-in a short period of time. First; Jack:With that bluesy sensibility + channeling the highs of R. Plant....always liked his presence & musical vibe! Favorite tracks: * House Of Broken Love *Never Change Heart *Desert Moon *Rock Me * A Shot In The Dark. For Jimi....yeah;I'm picking 5 as well: *Broken Promises *American Heartbeat *Everlasting *I've Been A Fool Before *Rhythm Of The City. Damn, that Memphis guy could sing the phonebook and make it sound good!
Plain white T-shirt no band one Pick number 10 To watch this young girl grow up almost in front of ones eyes on RUclips along with her sister, because all of their stuff is on RUclips going back to when they were in high school. And to see what they have achieved it's amazing. From Calhoun Georgia just south of Chattanooga now firmly established in Nashville both married to musicians. Originally began with the other sister and a bluegrass group. The older sister quit they went into rock and blues and they just grew and grew. Making one amazing name for themselves Releasing many albums now and on top of that they can be found not only touring on their own headlining their own shows around the world you can also see them on blues cruises playing with Joe bonamassa, Eric Gale, slash and a whole lot more. One sister is known as the slide Queen Megan Today favorite voice is Rebecca Lovell Best known as one of the sisters and lead singer guitarist of Larkin Poe. If you've never seen them you don't know what you're missing if you're a big fan of blues Rock. One of the biggest honors were bestowed upon them this year they won the 2024 Grammy for Best contemporary blues album. Rebecca's husband Tyler branch has a band called The shakedown. Who are very good too If you haven't thought of down the Larkin Poe rabbit hole spend a couple hours on RUclips sometime and just go backwards from where they are now to where they began it's all right there and it was neat as a fan in the early early years to watch these two girls just keep growing into the amazing talented musicians and young women they are now. 1. Peach 2. Venom and faith 3. Blood Harmony Vocal performance the covenant concert. Song mad as a hatter An amazing song that they wrote in a young age about people suffering from dementia. Extremely powerful song. Especially at the time about a grandparent

I'm going to pick Dennis DeYoung. I like him and Tommy Shaw equally for different reasons. The albums are Grand Illusion, Cornerstone, and Greatest Hits. The song is Come Sail Away.

#10 Is Meri Tadić Ex Violinist/Background Singer For Eluveitie/Solo Albums Are 3 Something Out Of Place 2 Same Zgode...Koje Se Ne Mogu Dogoditi! 1 Cultura Cura Song Is Čarolija
DAY 10 SAMMY HAGAR Montrose/Van Halen . So many albums could go with and a song to go with You know the way to approach with other great songs and be as great must love and hear HMS, The 3 albums of Montrose debut, Van Halen For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge and OU812, HM albums with great performances off Montrose Paper Money album. Where Spaceage Sacrifice is so good with a feel of emotions every time I hear it and stirring take on the approach like along as to a Paul Rodgers along vocal so forceful like. Paper Money title tracks is good too. Many off rock album best of all time Montrose s/t debut. Rock Candy so good in a best and Space Station no 5 with the vocals on that. Van Halen with off OU812 of Mine All Mine When It's Love and Black and Blue. Off UCK -Poundcake- Judgement Day and Spanked. This is so tough as he has a rock and vocal recognizable and always delivers, A fan and saw Sammy 3 times solo as once open and twice headline. Seen VH 84 with Roth. For VH to go with song When It's Love for Montrose go with Space Station no 5 well heart HM Montrose is Spaceage Sacrifice. There you are and shake it all in a hat and to choose Space Station no 5. Have a one friends and fine day and take care. Hugs . Great choice of Freddie Mercury and Queen Pete. Saw Queen in 77 and what good albums and good song you chose. Well done . Later folks. 🎶🎶🎤🤗
Pick # 10. Ian Anderson 3. Thick As A Brick 2. Aqualung 1. Minstrel In The Gallery Song- Minstrel In The Gallery. I love the first part of the song is done slow and acoustic. Then the song is repeated and kicks your ass!
My pick of the day is Sonata Arctica vocalist Tony Kakko! Favorite albums: - Silence (2001) - Ecliptica (1999) - Winterhearts Guild (2003) Favorite songs: - The End of this Chapter (2001) A seven minute epic presumably about a man who's mentally broken and obsessed with a girl, whom he attempts to kill? It's goosebump inducing both musically and lyrically. 22 of my favorite vocalists in no order: - Andre Matos - Tobias Sammet - Sammy Hagar - Bob Seger - Zakk Wylde - Corey Taylor - John Fogerty - Steven Tyler - King Diamond - Fabio Lione - Mick Jagger - Phil Anselmo - Tom Araya - Garth Brooks - Ozzy Osbourne - Hayley Williams - Chester Bennington - Axl Rose - Scott Weiland - James Hetfield - Dave Mustaine - Tony Kakko
I love queen, iconic. A late great singer I love is Chester Bennington, late singer of linkin park. Favorite albums, 1, hybrid theory, 2 meteora, and I will have to go with the hunting party for mumber3. Performance is live version of pushing me away.the piano instead of the whole band just lets him shine.
My choices: Night at the Opera, Queen II and Sheer Heart Attack (It could be any album to be honest) And if I have to choose a song "The Show Must Go On", is not the most complex and diverse song (That song would be The Prophet Song for me), but you don't usually see a singer doing this effort and showing this level of emotion in the last track of their lives. The emotion on his voice really makes you feels like that, despite of the lyrics and that's something really unique not just on their discography, but in music history.
Funny how love is, Show must go on, The prophet's song, You take my breath away are four unforgettable vocal performances that showcase Mercury's versatility.
Pick number 10. Michael Hutchence the charismatic singer/songwriter with Australian band INXS. Only 37 when he died following a long career with the band and recording many memorable songs and albums. Albums......... Shabooh Shoobah 1982 Kick 1987 Elegantly Wasted 1997 Song....... Shine (from Elegantly Wasted album)
Excellent choice, Keith - as you know, he was in my list earlier. We only have one shared album choice, which shows how consistently strong most of INXS’s output was.

@WarhawkBeyond2040 - Nice to see Benoit David get some props! The three records he did with Mystery are so good! I love his performance on the original release of Yes’ Fly From Here, too. Black Sabbath - Master Of Reality (1971)
Black Sabbath - Paranoid (1970)
Black Sabbath - Sabbath Bloody Sabbath (1973)
You'd think when Ronnie James Dio joined Black Sabbath, that his impressive range and power would transform the old Ozzy era songs for the better.

David Coverdale

Favorite Track:
Trouble
From Bernie Marsden's 2014 Shine album
My favorite Coverdale track pick is him singing a new version of the iconic 'Snake song "Trouble" ten years ago.

Favorite Albums:
#1 Deep Purple - In Rock
#2 Deep Purple - Machine Head
#3 Jesus Christ Superstar
Favorite Performance: Tie
"Child In Time" (In Rock)
"Gethsemane" (Jesus Christ Superstar)
Ian Gillan began his music career by starting and fronting several local bands in Middlesex, England, eventually joining Episode Six, his first truly professional band.

10. Elvis Presley
For me the King had to be here.
My three records would be:
The Sun Sessions which was released in 1976 and covers the period between July of 1954 and July of 1955.
Elvis Presley( 1956) now with RCA records ( Phillips sold his Sun Records contract for $40,000, if you can believe it !!) with the iconic cover copied by The Clash on London Calling)…”Heartbreak Hotel”, “Blue Suede Shoes”, “Tutti Fruity”, “Blue Moon” & “Money Honey”
Elvis (1956) with songs “Rip It Up”, “Long Tall Sally”, “Ready Teddy”, “Hound Dog”(these 4 are still great rock songs by any standards !!)
The album also includes “Don’t Be Cruel” and “Paralyzed”(which is notable as the only song I could find giving Elvis a writing credit).
@@richardbooth6063 hi Richard. Marvelous picks and article. I love a lot of those songs that you’ve mentioned in your article. I have some of his albums.

- Heather

Queen: A KInd of Magic ("Who Wants to Live Forever")
# 10 Mariusz Duda
Riverside is my favorite contemporary band, period.
Best albums: Anno Domini High Definition, Shrine of New Generation Slaves (Riverside), Through Shaded Woods (Lunatic Soul, Mariusz' fantastic side-project)

Originally began with the other sister and a bluegrass group. The older sister quit they went into rock and blues and they just grew and grew.
Making one amazing name for themselves
Releasing many albums now and on top of that they can be found not only touring on their own headlining their own shows around the world you can also see them on blues cruises playing with Joe bonamassa, Eric Gale, slash and a whole lot more.

My choices: Night at the Opera, Queen II and Sheer Heart Attack (It could be any album to be honest)
And if I have to choose a song "The Show Must Go On", is not the most complex and diverse song (That song would be The Prophet Song for me), but you don't usually see a singer doing this effort and showing this level of emotion in the last track of their lives. The emotion on his voice really makes you feels like that, despite of the lyrics and that's something really unique not just on their discography, but in music history.
