AUGUST 2024 UPDATE: Princess has turned the Take 5 jazz bar into a separate non-smoking extension of the casino with slot machines. The main casino floor with tables remains predominantly smoking.
Sorry to disuade you from Enchanted because it's a great ship otherwise. Note that Sky is also 75% smoking but the earlier Royal class ships have much smaller smoking sections. If you want to avoid smoke entirely, other cruise lines like Celebrity are completely non-smoking throughout all indoor spaces and most other lines have installed sealed off smoking sections in their casinos.
We will be on Enchanted in August. It will be our third Royal ship and we like the class but you are SO RIGHT about the smoky casinos. Terrible design decision. This is our biggest issue with these ships .
On our 3rd back to back. This casino and hosts are the worst I've ever experienced at sea. Drinks are extremely difficult to get, just too few servers and bars are too far away. Casino is crowded and smokey. All about the money not the customer experience. We are now shopping for a replacement cruise company. Too many corporate fails for us to support anymore, so sad.

Smelling secondhand smoke in a crowded casino is terrible.
Thanks for the tour. Since we always enjoy some time in the casino, I don't think we will book this particular ship in future.

Need to bring back Churchill lounges instead then everyone's happy ,biggest mistake they did

Agree. Enchanted is still a great ship and an improvement over some of its predecessors. Be sure to spend some time at O'Malleys and Crooners!
