Damn, nice job. Also, I've never seen any footage of this plane, so now I'm starting to think all UFO reports from the time of this plane testing are actually sighting of this flying wing
I've heard that around the 70s UFO's in popular culture started becoming more triangle shape, this was the same time as the f117 was being tested. So your theory might be correct.
Looks like the German HXVIII which the Horten brothers had planned to make near the end of war which i think der fuher also called it the "Miracle weapon" which can lead them to victory AKA one of the wunder waffe i think but that aircraft was about be to soar to the sky for the first time but thankfully the world war 2 ended. It was originally designed to drop around 4600kg bombs on New York from Berlin with its powerful junkers jumo 004 engines 3 on each side there was no other plane that could cross the atlantic ocean to bomb the new york and then again return in one piece while maintaining a top speed of around 800KMPH. This aircraft was originally designed to be a long range bomber which was meant to be sent to production on autumn 1945 is what many say and many of the people also say that the HXVIII was created but the British and the U.S did not reveal it to the public is what they have to say but the wiki says that a prototype was created and launched. Well i am only saying this due to the close resemblance of YB49 to the HXVIII but hey extra knowledge is always better than no knowledge of such.

Nah, Northrop has been developing flying wings even before the War.
They didn't, please don't try to use the horseshit 229 as evidence.
they did they used a POW
@@DupluflufYT That's British. It was for clearing mines in Europe after the war, so the British used their POWs to clear them out.
