Great summary - and pleasure to hear these positive and optimistic comments from a dedicated fan. Showing an honest reflection on how our team has climbed away from a decade of misery.

We are a work in progress. RLB has acknowledged we need to keep the ball better. He also has to stop being the French Southgate. Leeds were always going to pen us in at some stage but it's a deliberate policy to invite teams to break us down. This has to change. Leeds should've wrapped the game up in that first-half spell. They're a good team, but why did we surrender the last thirty minutes to an average Derby team. It's just asking for trouble. Dropping one of our best technical players between the center-backs is baffling if we want to keep the ball. Watson should've replaced Mundle, who doesn't trust his left foot enough and Roberts was more effective. No wonder we might be suffering from fatigue. No rotation. Is Browne not good enough? Playing without the ball is energy-sapping doing this for large chunks of the game will have us burnt out long before the season's over. We have the players to keep the ball, we need not adopt this Southgate policy when we have lead.
We were promised front-foot football. Were we not. For the first goal last night we attacked the near and far post had a player in the centre and one just beyond the penalty spot for a cutback or to pick up the pieces. Excellent.
Making us hard to beat is an excellent start but a start only.

RLB says fatigue was an issue and again he starts the same XI and only used 2 late subs! It's in your hands RLB !!
