i would have thought 'acis & galatea' might have been available to buy, along with, 'romeo & juliet' & possibly, 'west side story' if it was ever completed! also the 2016 new year concert 'vienna style' which included 5 magnificent performances by pj!!
Talented and beautiful artist who left us so young, I hope that this October 1, the date in which we remember 1 year of her departure, a great commemoration will be held.

I will always regret that Maestra Janeckova never recorded "Dido's Lament" from Purcell's DIDO & AENEAS. I know she would have done justice to this aria.

The instrumentalists in "Jauchzet Gott in allen Landen" are probably not used to accompany a soprano. Reduce your volume before the soprano starts! Otherwise you produce a fight between instruments and voice...
It's miked and mixed. We can't know their actual volume.

patricia's name must not be allowed to just drift away & be forgotten forever! she deserves far more than that for the pleasure she has brought to her many followers!! a book, documentary, stage musical & a film about her life story, should be in the pipeline this year, along with dvds & cds of her best concerts & songs, which should include a 'greatest hits' compilation, with 29 songs chosen by her fans!! just an idea! also 'AI' COULD BE CONSIDERED, FOLLOWING THESUCCESS OF ABBA & THE BEATLES!! proceeds from the merchandise sales could go towards breast cancer research!!
